But seriously! Why wasn’t the SA just like “no, I won’t even place the order with it looking like that.”?? And doubly, imagine the artist that had to stare at this every day while in production. They would need to take a holiday after this trauma! “I’m sorry. We won’t make you work on hideous color combinations ever again.”@Lady_P You just reminded me of a photo that I have almost totally forgotten. It is a hideous one that was offered to a friend from quite a few years ago. It is so ugly that even the person who ordered it did not want it. My friend had the sense to pass.
My UO: If one ordered a bag that even the “mother” can’t love, that person should be banned for life.

Trust me. This is far from the most hideous. But it made me sick to look at it.
Another opinion that is unpopular with me but popular with the creator of this bag: They don’t understand why I keep buying black bags or even SO black bags. They must think I am really dumb as one can’t tell from five miles away that it is an SO.

Although I have never said it out loud, I have been inferred by a few people as a touch hater here over the years.is this UP including most of the 'touch' pieces?
As a touch owner, I can say that not all touch bags are appealing to me personally.Although I have never said it out loud, I have been inferred by a few people as a touch hater here over the years.
I have been trying to bite my tongue on that subject . Why do you have to out me?
UO: For the love of God, touch bags seem to me that they were made of leftover parts from botched bags by new apprentices.
I am running for cover now.

Yikes! I love the red. I love the blue. Together? less sure. Reminds of a bag I bought in Florence, Italy at a small shop - gorgeous textured leather, body of the bag a bright blue with bright orange trim. It was a fun bag that summer but, it hasn't had staying power in my purse wardrobe and I wouldn't want to sink real money into that sort of thing. My unpopular opinion is that I think a bag should go with more than one look. This holds true for evening bags too. You might buy a bag to finish off a certain outfit but, you should be able to build on it as time goes by.@Lady_P You just reminded me of a photo that I have almost totally forgotten. When my friend showed me that photo, I bit my tongue so hard. I was so afraid that he bought it for his wife. I just got another black B and he was asking me to sell it to him. I told him I don’t share.Yikes! I love the red. I love the blue. Together? less sure. My UO: Even though I find this bag gaudy by itself, this person owns the whole look.
I actually don’t think it is the colors of our wardrobe that would determine whether we can rock a bag like that. It is our attitude.Honestly? My UO is that I wish I was the type of person who would rock that bag. Unfortunately, I have a wardrobe of black and grey and a crazy night out is a pop of burgundy. But that is a happy bag and I dream of being the person whose wardrobe works with it.

As a proud owner of a few gaudy B and K and other bags that have made many puke here before, I actually don’t care about what others think when I am out enjoying them.
We all pick our own poison. I can pick mine and someone else can pick theirs. That is what makes the world interesting and fun.

I actually LOVE these! You just know that someone who carries a bag like that has fun and knows their own style. They are not suited to everyone, more into ‘quiet luxury’ myself, (black) but I salute those who enjoy their bags, flaunting their individuality. Looking at the whole outfit @meowlett makes perfect sense! Context is everything.
