I think it depends on how you use it. I had the large and I am only 5ft tall (on a good day) and average size I'd say. I could wear the bag as a crossbody but it sat so high on my waist and was extremely heavy when it was empty. As soon as I loaded it up with my daily essentials (i.e., full-size wallet, makeup pouch, mini note pad, pens) it felt like the weight of one of the kids I work with (I work with children with autism). Seriously... picking up the bag was like picking up a toddler. Maybe I'm getting old at only 30 but for the money... and the slightly annoying clasp... it went back.

Not sure it's possible to clean it properly. Moreover, it has wholes, so only for good weather conditions 
My LV Ipanema Pochette in DE. Cute but I didn't get the most use out of it for the price I paid for it. I thought I could use its detachable strap to wear my Papillon crossbody but I never got the chance to do so. I sold it at a loss

My mk ew Hamilton, disappointingly. I had to return and am gonna go for the ns. The strap drop on the east west was too short, I got really uncomfortable with how heavy it was on my forearm, and when I tried to use the chain strap I hated how the handles looked hanging down. I haven't tried the north south yet cause that is a lotta bag LOL, but am hoping it works out cause I love the style. The bag is great though, just the functionality for my personal preference, not so much
This is an interesting thread. Seems like most of us were "so excited" about a certain bag then had such a let down after using it. In my case it was LV Monogram Speedy 25. I was on vacation in Paris in 2007 and bought that bag and a White Multicolore "Audra" (they don't make it any longer) at the flagship store on the Champs Elysees. The lock on the Speedy tarnished within a month and the Audra had color transfer on the white part of the bag. I was shocked at the poor quality and was embarrassed to carry them. I ended up selling them a few years later. Even though they were my souvenirs from my Paris trip, I just had to get rid of them. So disappointed!!
As of now, most disappointing for me has been Rebecca Minkoffs that have absolutely fallen apart. I know they are very popular, but I have been disappointed in quality.
Tory Burch bag, dont remember the name, some kind of satchel with a longer strap. It cost $400 and felt really cheap.. also was heavy. Returned it the next day. For that price it was an such a rip-off. I'm over Tory Burch stuff, so overpriced for quality.

I have 2 MK Hamiltons both large NS, I can say you will not regret NS.
I bought a Rebecca Minkoff MAB tote 3 days ago, and just yesterday the stitching started to unravel. I was so disappointed.
I greatly regret the LV Sully PM. It's so stiff and no matter how I load it it won't relax. I also regret the size, I thought the PM looked big enough but it's now too small for me. Ugh....any idea how to get the handle to relax?

I felt the same way with ew hamilton. The strap is so short.
For ns, it didn't work out for me because it was heavier and bigger than ew.
I like the way both of them look. just couldn't wear them.
