What's the most disappointing bag you've ever bought?

I have two PS1's and they got worn and faded so quickly. I loved the design but they look terrible now. 
A green DKNY bag I bought from Macy's many years back was so so so squishy and slouchy that I had to keep searching for things inside, and it collapsed each time I set the bag down. I spent $100 on it. I recently bought a Michael Kors crossbody but my wallet doesn't fit well and my sunglasses have fallen out a few times. I have retired it and purchased some great designer crossbody bags instead.
PS1 small keepall...it looked so cheap after a month or so of use, especially from the back and the corners.
I love my Michael Kors Hamiltons, a saffiano one and soft pebbled one. They didn't disappoint!
If you don't mind me asking, why did it disappoint you? Was it a quality issue?
I'm really worried about this!
I was just going to buy one.
A blog I follow though, it's her main bag and she's done a lot of shoots with it and it looks great?
Could their be an issue with certain issue with batches?

I agree Chloe Paddington. It was waaaay heavy. And then the leather went all saggy and baggy. Really disappointing.

Quality was not an issue... It was well made and sturdy
It was more the monogram pattern .. Got tired of the pattern very shortly I used it.. It was a wake up call that I don't like pattern on my bag
I bought a Rebecca Minkoff snake-embossed leather Cupid in Blonde online from barneyswarehouse.com just because they had a good deal for it Black Friday last year. But then I had to pay custom charges because I'm from overseas. When I got it, I just didn't like how the leather was glazed and paired with the snake embossing - looked plasticky!! Lesson learned, don't buy just because there is a good deal on it.
