What's the most disappointing bag you've ever bought?

My Chanel Maxi. I find it too heavy and with that boxy shape and the way it sits on the shoulder I am constantly bumping into things. Every time I see that bag now on someone I think how did I ever like it.

That's funny, because I consider my Chanel Maxi one of my best bag purchases ever. Mine is a single flap though, so it's not heavy at all to me. I found the Jumbo size too small and impractical. Ah well, to each her own and I hope you find your perfect bag. :)

Completely disappointed - MK Hamilton in luggage color. When I first got this bag I had to return it because the lock won't open. The SA tried to force open it and left scratches on the key. After 15 mins that they can't open it, they decided to just replace which took a day. When I got it, new key still has scatches probably because they forced it too. Also, the leather of the bag requires too much care. I rarely use it becuase it retains water stain. I also noticed that the stitching on the handles are now loose (its now 4 yrs old) and there are cracks on the leather too. This bag is more high maintenance than my LVs.

Somewhat disappointed - LV Artsy MM becuase the shoulder strap is not comfortable. I had to wrap it with a scarf so it will not hurt my shoulders.

I had once a MK Hamilton in luggage as well, and I didn't like the leather! It just sits in my closet.

LV Speedy 30 in Damier Azur. The opening was too small for my taste and I know everyone says that there's no need to worry about the canvas but I felt compelled to baby the bag. It was just a headache.

A miu miu hobo - the sealant on the shoulder strap started cracking and splitting just after a few wears and the leather on it started to roll up where it finishes. I've since had it fixed, along with removing jean transfer and getting a protective coat on it. Cost me a pretty penny to do but I couldn't sell it in that condition and I didn't want to use it either. Looks a lot better now but still, for the price of the bag, I was very disappointed in its quality.

I was just dying for the Mulberry Alexa after seeing SJP carrying it in the movie "I Don't Know How She Does It". I mean, I was frantic for it.
Turns out, I like having my cellphone accessible. Why doesn't Mulberry have an outside slip pocket? I don't see an outside pocket on any of Mulberry's bags.....

PS1 - I got mine when it first came out so maybe they've improved. But within a few months of careful/not everyday use I had paint chipping, ripped seam (like totally ripped - around 2"!), and proenza schouler tag went missing.
