A Vivienne Westwood bag, which cost £250 (about $400) that I bought online, but when it arrived, looked like something that came from Walmart. It also arrived (sold as new, from a well-known online retailer!) with scratched hardware and what looked like a used tissue in the front pocket. VERY disappointing!

My enormous Cole Haan Village Collection tote. The lining is a funky wipeable vinyl that makes an audible crinkling sound. I swear the inside is so large that the crinkling sounds
echo!

Coach Ski Bunny Tote. I love Coach, but the fabric looked cheap to me so I returned it for a Kristin Pleated Satchel and I'm much happier with it.

Fendi, the shoulder strap is so short I cant even wear it with a jacket or coat on and I live in NYC (it was not ment to be a top handle either)

I've never bought any bag that I had entirely regretted, but the Gucci medium tote (in the travel business section) http://www.gucci.com/us/category/f/travel___business#look134278lookA113 was probably one i had found somewhat disappointing. Because of the crazy huge size the corners were easily scrapped and some times because its soooo big i have to dig around to find my keys or wallet. This is pretty annoying at times when my hands are full and im trying to get into my own house.
I love the material though because its a really pretty dark blue gucci canvas that shimmers in the sunlight. Unfortunately the durability worries me =/

Sadly, it's the LV Neverfull bag for me. I thought it would be the perfect tote for me but unless I have on a thick shirt, I can't carry the bag comfortably.

eta: I should mention that I live in a hot and humid climate so a thick shirt wouldn't work.

I recently bought Givenchy Pandora and after a few days the sealing on the handles cracked! I returned it.

^along the same lines that paper thin leather, Balenciaga bags were a disappointment to me. I kept thinking each bag would be different as I've purchased several over the past few years. I just have to suck it up and realize I'm not a Bal gal. I felt like I had to baby every bag for fear of scuffing the leather.

I too am not a Bal Gal either!! I ended up putting away my black bal in my closet because the tissue-paper thin leather was showing wear and the tassel was peeling after less than 6 months use. I bought that bag back in 2005. Never used it again.

The Chloe Marcie, the leather smelled strange, so back to Nordstom it went.

I've never smelled a leather bag so foul.

My Mulberry Oak OS Alexa....looked flimsy on me....I hated the straps, the lack of compartments, gets deformed easily, thin leather and overall, it just looked too big on me. And honestly I also got turned off with how popular this bag is getting where I live...just a few days ago I saw 2 women (not together) carry Oak Alexas in the same restaurant I was! Good thing I wasn't carrying mine there or it would've been a hilarious sight to everyone LOL

YSL Muse II Large. One of the heaviest bag I ever carry. After putting my belongs in there, I dont want to go out no more. The bag is heavy and it does not fit on my shoulder neither come with shoulder strap.
