My mbmj Baby Groovy:

1) Had used it before thoroughly inspecting it and found it had multiple design flaws (e.g. misshapen pieces not found on other baby groovies), so I couldn't return it at this point even if I wanted to because my hand cream had exploded in one of the interior pockets as well.
2) the dye came off the handle - had it 'repaired' by the mbmj repair shop (basically they just re-dyed the leather) and the dye has come off yet again.

I bought a Coach Tartan Sequin Spotlight when they first came out.
I had seen preview pics of it a few months in advance, and I was so excited to order it!
It was tartan striped, with clear sequins, chain strap, and was supposed to have beautiful, gorgeous embroidered roses on it.

It arrived without the roses and just looked BLAH. I was so upset about it. Turns out, for some odd reason, they decided not to do the roses in production. Big mistake, as I returned the bag immediately. If they had kept the roses, I bet that bag would have sold out.

Huge letdown.

Other than that, I have not had any huge problems with bags of any brand. I dislike certain things about certain bags, but I deal with it, LOL!

YEs! It does dig in and I do not carry a lot of stuff. I found for me it did.

The new Coach Classics reissue Field Bag in Camel. I was SO excited to receive that pkg from NAP, but I couldn't have been more disappointed. Thin leather, dull color, shoddy construction. Not even close to the originals. It even had a pen mark on it! I didn't even bother to ponder it. Packed it up immediately and sent it right back.

I find if the straps are flat on the shoulder they do not dig in. If you cross them over or get them twisted, then it will hurt. I complained about this initially to my Mom, and she pointed that out to me.

marc jacobs stella. first, the color was all wrong for me, but it was on sale and i caved. but i could have worked it out but for the too short straps. it was just never comfortable on my shoulder.

Thank you so much for mentioning this! I thought the bag in the pictures was so beautiful and I had put it on my when-it-goes-on-sale wish-list. It was since been crossed off. Thanks!

DVF Stephanie Hobo- the woven leather sheds small bits of leather that adheres to my clothes. The quality of the material including the hardware is very poor. I've only used it a few times and the suede leather part have worn out easily like I've been using it for years! Really regret getting this bag.

A no name faux fur bag on ebay. The seller was the nicest guy in the world and described it as really soft. I have a weakness for faux fur, but the texture of this fur just bothered me. We just had a different of opinion and i couldn't bear to tell him it wasn't soft enough for me. It was a cheap purchase but i thought it would be life changing, and i ended up giving it directly to goodwill.

Any bags BEFORE I purchased before Chanel Jumbo Classic disappointed me, otherwise, I won't spend such sum of money on that. Now I am very happy with it and have difficulty to find another everyday bag equally good so I can alternate sometimes and less expensive :cool:
