What is the most that you'd spend on a handbag?

The most I've spent on any bag ever was an old school navy MJ Blake on eBay. It was barely used and $450, and easily my favorite bag...oh the turquoise suede inside! I did get 30% cash back from Bing though when they had that crazy eBay promotion. Now, my comfort zone is ~$200-$250. Just got a mini Kristin satchel in turquoise with my PCE, and that came to $250-ish. It was up there for me, but I just had to have it!

I probably won't spend over $400 for a Coach item and then up to 1K for another brand. Anything over 1K would be for a watch

1) what you COACHIES think of any of the Evas (i don't know why i want to know what coachies think of an LV, but i do!)The Eva is a Lovely bag and it think that your Friends and Family want to get it for you why not.. They want to get you something you like as well as they should..
2) what's the most you'd spend on a NON-coach bag? My other bag of Choice is Gucci I really like them I now have two paid $99 for the first Vintage one and $450 for the Large D-Ring GG, I just purchased my 3rd one today for $399.00 it is on its way.. I would pay more but so far the Gucci have wanted have been at these prices. My next one will be$1400 a Guccisima Leather Sukey...
I also want some LV bags but I want the LE editions so those are running around $1200+ and I am dreaming of getting at least one Hermes thoes are super price $5000.00 and up but that will be a long time in coming.

So far my most expesive bags have been Coach $700.00 for my Studded Sabrina.. I could have gotten 2 Gucci's for that price but I would not change the Sabrina for anything.




Buy what you love. Do not feel that Coach is a starting point if you love her collect Coach and all other bags and enjoy them...

Well, I'm married, so the single salary thing doesn't come into play since we both have decent jobs. But...I just bought the Louis Vuitton Eden Speedy. It cost just over $2,300.

My DH spent $3,500.00 on a Limited Edition LV for me one Christmas.

I spent $3,300 on a Chanel for myself....but never again, looking back on these ever increasing handbag costs, I have decided to limit myself in the future.

I just spent the most ever on a Large Chanel Camera Case Bag. I think my limit would be how much the Classic Jumbo Flap Caviar will cost next year because that's what I am planning to get. I will probably just get THAT bag for the whole year and I'll be satisfied
