I paid the most for a Bottega Veneta handbag (don't know the style name) that I got last month. It was about $1100 plus Chicago's 9% sales tax

The most valuable one might be a BV turquoise large woven hobo that I found on eBay. They sell for $1800+ now and I got it for $300. I know it's authentic because I've worn it in the BV boutique and they've complimented me on it

. I love when I get a deal like that!

My Chanel classic flap for 1595 plus tax. I figured I will have it forever. Plus I LOVE this bag even though I don't get to use it much. Sometimes I wish I had bought other bags that I thought were too expensive at the time such as the Leonor or the Chanel heart chain bag rather than buying a few "sale" bags. Funny, how a few "sale" bags at $500.00 seem okay when they are spaced out over time. But, then I realized that if I didn't buy those....I could have bought something I really loved rather then getting caught up in the moment of a great sale. So, that is what I try to do now. Save up and only buy the bags that I absolutely love.

Ohhh...my most expensive bag my large Gucci boston was on sale close to 40% off..that is why I got it....it was a 2005 bag which I bought in 2006...it pays to wait...Gucci always go on sale too!!!! Me love sales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
