Just wanted to pop in and say stay patient guys! I just received my 20s red mini and it’s BEYOND gorgeous!!!

The best part? My SA texted me yesterday and told me it still hasn’t shipped, and security is tight. Sometimes SAs just don’t know, or are just talking outta their ass. Lol :biggrin:
hahaha Seems that way doesn't it? TPF sometimes have more up to date info than them. :biggrin:

While I was making breakfast this morning and thinking, it seeeeems like they are only selling warehouse/few boutiques limiting their items for sale yesterday, so they can keep majority of boutique items from being available until next week (After price increases). I keep hearing it being called... "Phase 2"

How long did the shipping take?

I am so stressed.. the SA I contacted had the bag I want (I specifically asked for made in France) he confirmed and showed photos snd after I placed the order he says it will ship from warehouse and that he thought it’ll ship from his location (stand alone boutique).....
 
I got a CF in caviar and ghw from a SAKS SA in Florida yesterday (Friday). I asked if he had any available he responded yes and I immediately bought it. I didn’t ask to see any pics or asked any specific q’s I figured since I’m buying it from saks the return would be easier than a boutique if I had any issues. He rang up my order right then and there and sent me the receipt. He did mention they came to the store to take orders from customers prior to the price increase but that it wouldn’t be shipped until Wed. I got lucky since I was going to buy it through a PS! Thankfully I was able to buy it directly from saks :). I think your SA is probably taking orders remotely and waiting for the chance to go ring it up at the store? Idk but hopefully things work out!
 
I was trying to find a particular style of bag and asked several SA with the bag reference number and finally I was told by a stand-alone Chanel SA the bag I was looking for is at NM. So I went back and texted my NM contact and letting the SA know I was told another NM has the bag (originally my NM SA told me it’s sold out). So my NM SA finally texted back and confirmed the bag is available in another NM. My NM SA called me and grabbed my cc info. But the card was never charged for the rest of the day which is unusual but I thought maybe it’s delayed due to COVID. The next day, it’s still not processed, so I reached out and then the NM SA told me, I was about to text you that the location who has my bag is not open, so can’t ship yet. I was like okay (but I was told the bag is available hence I gave cc info), as long as I have the bag I can wait, but can you give me an ETA? Never got a response. The next day morning, my another stand alone Chanel SA told me, she found the bag.... and it’s only 2 bags left ( who knows it’s true or not, but I don’t want to risk it). So I explained what happened and told her let me reach out to my other SA to see whether I can get a confirmed shipping date (at this point, my card still not charged). I texted my NM SA asking about the ETA shipping date again and also mentioned I have another SA telling me she found the bag. The SA texted back saying, “great, thanks!” which I have no idea what does that mean? I was like okay so maybe he doesn’t have the bag and that’s why my card is not charged? And maybe that’s why I can’t get an ETA for shipping? Anyways, I ended up “canceling” my order and placed an order with stand alone Chanel yesterday morning and card was charged in the afternoon. Now waiting for shipping number.
In my opinion, if the card is not charged, the item is not purchased. Maybe I upset my NM SA, but I waited almost 2 days after I gave my cc info and card was not charged, and I was willing to get the bag from my NM SA as long as for sure I will get the bag which means card being charged and also have an ETA for shipping. I have to say the is the most uncomfortable and unexpected experience of buying Chanel.
Usually, I find what I want and give cc info, card will be charged shortly and receive shipping info.

Yup. She still has yet to reach out, except to send pics of what is still in stock :hrmm::biggrin:

I want to think the best of her and just assume that she is swamped because of all this! I will give her major props that she was able to find me a red mini when about 7 other SAs were not. Some SAs have amazing service, others have amazing contacts and reach. I love the former, but in the end the latter is all that really matters I guess!

My timeline: gave cc on Saturday, Rung up on Tuesday and she sent a pic of the receipt - no email, and the receipt noted 2nd day shipping, received bag Friday.

Okay! I'm super excited, I got charged yesterday but I assume they are going to ship on Tues/Wed so I should get it Thur/Friday next week ! I also got a mini and I also contacted about 7 different SAs haha.
I agree they are swamped, SAs that usually go above and beyond to respond are now non-responsive.

There’s a store number beside the charge on my cc account, it says CHANEL #etc.
Does that mean a boutique processed and will ship my bag?? Does anyone know.. my SA isn’t replying and I’m frustrated!

I ordered my bag through my SA using the link and from what I understand, it’s being shipped from the warehouse and I think the warehouse process the charge also. There was also a number showing next to Chanel on my charge.

I think it depends on what number is showing. I checked my CC for the boutique charge from before the stores closing and the recent charge from (what I believe) the warehouse and see 2 different numbers.
