I did get two SAs to help. It helps to have existing relationships with them. They are trying to use the app but not really for purchases.

Oh and my boutique SA said we have extra 30 days to return since Items are purchased sight unseen.

For ones who are still looking for a small CF: my SA got back to me after she checked inventory this morning, there's no more small CF with gold HW but still small CF with silver HW

Just wanted to pop in and say stay patient guys! I just received my 20s red mini and it’s BEYOND gorgeous!!!

The best part? My SA texted me yesterday and told me it still hasn’t shipped, and security is tight. Sometimes SAs just don’t know, or are just talking outta their ass. Lol
