Yes, I just confirmed it’s a warehouse.. not at all what I wanted since I asked for a specific bag from a specific boutique SA.. I don’t know what my chances are to get a made in France bag from the warehouse?

Unfortunately I’m not sure. Maybe you can ask your SA if you can exchange it when stores reopen to a “Made in France” if the one received is not? They should be able to honor it at the current price considering you agreed to the one you saw in the pic that the SA sent.

I guess.. such a hassle that I did not choose to go through....... I asked the SA many times if I’m getting that exact bag.....

Did you pay through the web interface or provided your SA with a credit card?

Makes sense.. at first the SA tried to enter by using my cc information but he couldn’t then he sent me the link.. I didn’t know then that this means a warehouse order... sigh...

Whats wrong with a warehouse order?
I ordered two purses from my Chanel SA and one got shipped from NJ (assuming from warehouse) and the other is shipped from bev hills -I was thinking this was from the boutique. Both orders were via link/app

Nothing wrong at all! Actually it’s a good thing because it will be brand new/untouched.. my only problem is no guarantee that I’ll get a made in France one like I requested.. I wish I wasn’t that picky.. I’d be enjoying my pre-increase score more than worrying now! lol

I own both made in France, and Italy... and SLGs from Spain too.. There really is no difference in quality, sometimes I find Italy caviar is shinier/poofier... haha
