I’m kinda annoyed lol I know that the SA’s are busy and trying their best but my SA never sent me a receipt or tracking info? I had to ask her for it and she sent the receipt but not the tracking info bc she doesn’t have it yet but my cc has been charged. It’s not even pending anymore! My order went through on Wednesday and I have no idea when it will come in. ):
Why don't you make an account on Fedex? That way, you can check all shipments under your name. As soon as the shipment information is sent to the Fedex, it shows up right away. So, I don't bother to ask my SA for a Fedex tracking number. I can use the Fedex website or the phone app. Very very convenient. My SA says "we don't give out tracking numbers" which is extremely frustrating because my building has just been throwing packages at the lobby rather than delivering it.
Have you've successfully gotten a tracking number from your boutique standalone SA?
I purchased in the past and was just told to watch out for the package, should be there in 2 days.

If you've haven't been charged yet, that means they haven't processed your order yet. The person at the warehouse has to check to see if the bag is indeed available and charge you.

If you haven’t been charged does that mean you were not successful or that you will get hit with the increase when processed? If you no longer want the item shouldn’t you notify the SA so you won’t be charged just in case?[emoji119] thank you for calming my nerves!
