I’m kinda annoyed lol I know that the SA’s are busy and trying their best but my SA never sent me a receipt or tracking info? I had to ask her for it and she sent the receipt but not the tracking info bc she doesn’t have it yet but my cc has been charged. It’s not even pending anymore! My order went through on Wednesday and I have no idea when it will come in. ):
In my experience with phone sales, boutiques usually ship via Fedex 2 day...If the order went through on Wed they should ship out Thursday. Since its Memorial Day weekend...Fedex 2 day could mean the order will be delivered on Tuesday. Not all boutique SAs have sent me tracking info but the items have almost always shipped the day after purchase. Of course this was my pre covid experience...
I assume warehouse shipments follow a similar delivery process unless they say otherwise.
Why don't you make an account on Fedex? That way, you can check all shipments under your name. As soon as the shipment information is sent to the Fedex, it shows up right away. So, I don't bother to ask my SA for a Fedex tracking number. I can use the Fedex website or the phone app. Very very convenient. Since I get a lot of deliveries, I have Fedex, UPS, USPS, and DHL apps on my phone.
My SA says "we don't give out tracking numbers" which is extremely frustrating because my building has just been throwing packages at the lobby rather than delivering it.

I purchased in the past and was just told to watch out for the package, should be there in 2 days.

I’ve been told the same, no tracking info and it shipped Fedex 2 day .. should arrive by Wednesday due to holiday..
If you've haven't been charged yet, that means they haven't processed your order yet. The person at the warehouse has to check to see if the bag is indeed available and charge you.
I checked my cc statement yesterday, it says “accepted” but still under pending transactions. The SA confirmed though that my order was processed and “apparently” shipped..
If the SA provides your email address and they enter it when they ring up the purchase you will get an email and an email with the shipping info but if the email address is not entered you won’t.
If you haven’t been charged does that mean you were not successful or that you will get hit with the increase when processed? If you no longer want the item shouldn’t you notify the SA so you won’t be charged just in case?
