They told me they’d be in touch after i filled out the online purchase order via chanel. I have the receipts. Just not showing up on my husbands account. Hubs says it may take a day or two to show up on his chase freedom, but I’m still nervously nail biting
Your SA should have properly explained the process. Hopefully you are indeed one of the ones that got it. If not, do they just cancel the order and refund the money? I hate all the uncertainty. When did you place the order?
 
Yes. Supposedly they are on it. She even called corporate because she was getting no where with shipping helping her with Fedex. She's aware of the new tracking showing that it finally left the center where it was sitting, so she's watching it.
Good! That’s a good SA. FedEx is terrible right now. I don’t even want to go into the ordeal I had with them.

So the order is placed. The card is not processed yet so that’s why it’s not pending because they are all in their day off

So my card was charged on Fri. My FedEx account indicates the bag will be delivered by this coming Fri.
So based on my experience, if the card is not charged, the bag is not yours yet.

Is yours being shipped from the warehouse?
I keep on checking on my Fedex (that I just created) no shipment yet.

Hello! Same thing happened to me! My NM SA was able to locate me a bag & she gave them all the correct info but apparently the boutique was the one that messed up & put the wrong Zip so fedex had to ship it back to them & my NM SA said they will ship it right back to me supposedly so I am on the same boat as you. I will be so mad if they end up giving my bag to someone else!!! My bag was supposed to be here on Friday so I’ve been trying not to think about it this whole weekend so I don’t get worked up especially since I was able to score it before the price increase!!! Please keep me updated on how it goes for you!

Sorry to hear about your situation.

Mine was supposed to be here like nearly 2 weeks ago. 2or 3 days of attempted deliveries, days of my SA trying to get them to change address to correct one, or at least to a center I could pick up by me to no avail. Then it sat for nearly a week after Fedex had exhausted their attempts it FINALLY showed it was going back to Texas (the warehouse) with new tracking. It's not supposed to even get their until THURSDAY. UGH. I don't mind waiting, I just hope there isn't another screw up because the bag is sold out. Supposedly, it's not even supposed to be taken for return etc. They are just supposed to immediately when they get it send it right back out with the correct address. Fingers crossed.
