Hello! Same thing happened to me! My NM SA was able to locate me a bag & she gave them all the correct info but apparently the boutique was the one that messed up & put the wrong Zip so fedex had to ship it back to them & my NM SA said they will ship it right back to me supposedly so I am on the same boat as you. I will be so mad if they end up giving my bag to someone else!!! My bag was supposed to be here on Friday so I’ve been trying not to think about it this whole weekend so I don’t get worked up especially since I was able to score it before the price increase!!!
