Are you following up with your SA? I had to text him to get the tracking info, I’m not sure I would’ve gotten it without asking.. maybe they’re busy/overwhelmed, and ofcourse I understand some of them are still off work for the holiday.

No I haven’t bothered today since I have quite a bit of work emails to respond to coming off the holiday. I’m trying to be patient.

I’m done now though with Chanel after these 4 and the 2 other Chanel items I bought last month. I’ve spent so much during quarantine it’s ridiculous. I think I’m more excited about a new pair of Valentino’s I added to my collection.
