I just got my tracking number today via the FedEx app, but my order was placed and charged last Wednesday

Got mine today, wasn't sent any tracking info and the fedex driver called me because he couldn't find my house..For those of you who might get lucky and receive their packages today, please share with us!
This is super frustrating, my standalone boutique SA has not responded to any questions after just charging my card.

- No response to verify shipping address
- No response to whether its shipped
- No response to where the bag is...
This is a terrible buying experience for a luxury brand, definitely does not feel RIGHT.

My order was placed last Wednesday too. There doesn’t seem to be any consistency.
I purchased a bag from Nordstroms a few months ago where FEDEX delivered to the WRONG address. Fortunately Nordstrom provides a tracking number so when it said delivered I went looking for it and found it in front of someone else's door at my condo. That makes me EXTREMELY mad and nervous that Chanel doesn't even provide that.

It was a expensive handbag too, I doubt the other house owner/neighbor will return it once they open it. GRRRR
Postal workers are overworked and careless at this point. Throwing packages at whatever house number. Throwing it in the lobby/outside of the house.
I know exactly how you feel, because it’s exactly how I spent this long weekend.. the cc charge was pending, very little information from the SA.. I wasn’t even 100% sure my order was processed until he sent the tracking today..
I hope the bag comes exactly what I want. This specific combo is one of my HGs and I don’t want the experience to be ruined.. so I’m trying to be positive and hopeful it’ll arrive safe and perfect..
I wanted a boutique experience with this one, but the sudden news of price increase didn’t leave us with any choices..
My order was placed on Wednesday too.. but took till Friday to ring.. finally the wait will be over soon..
I am so anxious because I requested a made in France.. I can’t wait till tomorrow! The bag is being sent to someone else (who will inspect) and then send to me (overseas) but I know I’ll breathe tomorrow once I get all details checked..
