Waiting for confirmation from SA

I just got my Bag delivered today thankfully. the fedex guy was also very upset that the boutique had confused the Zip code as he said it caused a big ordeal for them. Thankful the city that they had originally shipped my bag too the address was nonexistent. So no one else was able to receive it.
The driver threw my box against the door, rang the doorbell and was back in his truck before a minute was up lol.
So my bag was delivered to the wrong address on Friday and no update yet as to where it is. I had a tracking number from my SA and was expecting my package all day. When I was notified it arrived I was beyond excited except for no package. I called Fedex and they couldn’t say what address was on the package but verified it was not the address I gave them. My SA said he would look into it and should hopefully have an update today since everything was closed for the holiday but nothing 
atleast I can see my bag an hour away from my address..Its supposed to be 2nd day service but since I live in NJ and it’s shipping from the warehouse, I’m getting it tomorrow. [emoji846]
I found it super weird it didn't require any signature at all, its still a thousand dollar just thrown around in front of someone else's door! Not Chanel expensive but not like nothing... Perhaps its due to covid they don't always enforce signatures?
Yess I see them throwing packages and running away.. haha
Its understandable for them to be scared/cautious. But sucks for us customers... :C

Will do. Was going to reach out to him tomorrow if I don’t hear from him by noon. He said not to worry because it sounds like they messed up at the warehouse but didn’t have an estimate on how long this would all take to get resolved.
They should find an alternative way of verifying/confirming the recipient identity.. My SA mentioned more than once that signature is required for my order that should be delivered tomorrow..

So excited for those that received their shipping notifications. Those that haven’t, have faith! This sure was a hot mess, but I’m sure your SAs will come through! I can’t wait to see all of your reveals!!!
