Sorry to hear about your situation.

Mine was supposed to be here like nearly 2 weeks ago. 2or 3 days of attempted deliveries, days of my SA trying to get them to change address to correct one, or at least to a center I could pick up by me to no avail. Then it sat for nearly a week after Fedex had exhausted their attempts it FINALLY showed it was going back to Texas (the warehouse) with new tracking. It's not supposed to even get their until THURSDAY. UGH. I don't mind waiting, I just hope there isn't another screw up because the bag is sold out. Supposedly, it's not even supposed to be taken for return etc. They are just supposed to immediately when they get it send it right back out with the correct address. Fingers crossed.

I hope everything works out with yours. :smile:
I had this happen one time with Louis Vuitton and they turned right around and shipped it back to me. I hope this is the same for you guys and it works out.

It must be frustrating to go through all of this.. I hope it works out perfectly fine and hopefully soon!
 
I don’t think they know for sure because they are usually not the ones shipping it out. I say give it until Wednesday to see some movement. And you did the FedEx account right.

Just wondering, do you get to see your upcoming packages under “advanced tracking” or “delivery manager”?
 
Sorry guys I’m asking too many things.. but when does the National holiday in the states end? Is it Wednesday for all businesses or mostly Tuesday? TIA!
 
Good for you! Nothing for me yet unfortunately.

Are you following up with your SA? I had to text him to get the tracking info, I’m not sure I would’ve gotten it without asking.. maybe they’re busy/overwhelmed, and ofcourse I understand some of them are still off work for the holiday.
