Waiting for confirmation from SA

Hi hun, how long did you have to wait for your item to process? I am trying to purchase a business affinity also through a Saks SA & she took all my information & stated I will get my bag in 2-3 weeks once boutiques open. She said I will be charged from the Chanel Boutique & it will be shipped from the Chanel boutique. I’m so confused on this whole situation. I’m usually charged from Saks & my item usually ships from Saks.


Hello! I spoke to my Saks SA Friday night, called her with my CC info on Saturday morning. She initially told me it’ll process on Monday, but it processed today on Tuesday. I have yet to receive tracking info, but my receipt says Second Day air.
She said it’ll be shipped on Wednesday, so let’s cross our fingers!

Def a frustrating process, if I wasn’t so obsessed with scoring the Red Mini, I would have probably told her to cancel it. But it’s just so pretttttty! Lol

Most stores only have 1 person processing. They are not really "open" yet. I know it can be a little frustrating, besides my NM bag with the shipping issue I mentioned in another post, I have a bag coming from Saks that I didn't get any confirmation or anything on yet. My Saks SA yesterday asked everyone who ordered through him to have a little patience as all orders were going through 1 person and he hoped everyones would finish processing today.

It's been really hard on the SA's trying to get this all done remotely etc. Especially being slammed with the price increase. Perhaps Chanel should have thought about the timing of this increase further..ya think?
 
So the SA was finally able to find my bag, we managed to place the order, the SA has “confirmed” on his end but I didn’t receive any confirmation email.
I’m not worried about bag availability because he has it.. but does this mean the transaction went through?
I am not sure because it’s an international order and placing the order wasn’t the easiest process..

So the SA was finally able to find my bag, we managed to place the order, the SA has “confirmed” on his end but I didn’t receive any confirmation email.

Has your CC been charged? I would also follow up with the SA to see if they can get you a tracking number
 
Same situation here, the SA called to get my information through the phone but I'm not sure if I actually got the bag or not. haha Has anyone received a confirmation yet? Was it a call? or through email?

It seems like there was just 1 guy in the boutique processing ALL the orders, by first comes first order.

Was your order placed over the phone or via a web interface?
 
I submitted my payment via an email link and received a receipt last night, no follow up email. My card was charged today but I was going to wait until at least tomorrow to confirm everything is all set with my SA because my item is on hold for 48 hours. Mine is shipping from the distribution center in New Jersey so I expect delays with receiving my tracking information due to increased safety measures

I got a receipt too but worried that cc transaction won’t go through since it’s an international one..
