rep from stand a lone boutique guessing thats the same thing as a non leased boutique?
Was this from a Chanel store or dept store? I am waiting for my WOC order to be processed from saks since lat sat. I checked with my SA today and she replied “no one is there today”

Just got a message from my NY sales associate. He said that he doesn't have the inventory because the store is still closed and didn't mention anything about being able to purchase through the app or phone.

Do you mind PMing me your SA info and which state s/he is in? There's so much confusion about this whole process because the boutique SAs are saying they can't process orders (especially the mini) yet yours shipped from a boutique?
Hi hun, how long did you have to wait for your item to process? I am trying to purchase a business affinity also through a Saks SA & she took all my information & stated I will get my bag in 2-3 weeks once boutiques open. She said I will be charged from the Chanel Boutique & it will be shipped from the Chanel boutique. I’m so confused on this whole situation. I’m usually charged from Saks & my item usually ships from Saks.
To clear up a bit of confusion - it's because Saks leased locations can also search across all inventory, including stand alone boutiques. But if it's coming through a boutique they may not have access for it to ship out until everything is open. For things that NM & Saks have in their own stores they can process and ship.
I think the boutique SA's are having a bit more trouble because unlike some Saks & NM that have some limited openings or limited staff coming in, to process & ship I think the boutiques are completely shut still. (Someone can please correct me if I'm wrong).
I have a bag coming from an NM but my SA's store is not open, she ordered it for me. However they screwed up the shipping address and now I have to wait for it to go back so it can be reshipped. A bit annoying and no SA at this store better steal my bag to sell to their client...lol.

I inquired about the black but was told small is sold out in all colors and hardware.
Hi! My SA is from Saks, and a Chanel fulfilled the order. I do not have a Chanel SA. It’s supposed to be shipped 2nd day, but who knows. I’m just excited I was able to find one.
