Two SAs with boutiques near me both say the small black CF is not available in the US and only available in Europe. Wondering if this is true
So I heard back from my SA, after a weird snafu with confirming my billing address she just told me that she will let me know when they ring my bag.

I ordered a Small Black Caviar CF from my SA yesterday. The process was a bit different from normal (as the bag wasn't coming from the boutique). My SA sent me a "Finalize your purchase" email where I have 48 hour to complete my order. It then produced the receipt after I "checked out". She sent me the Fedex tracking today.
May I ask where you were able to order yours? I’m waiting to hear back from my SA, but no luck as of now.
Same process for me today too! I ordered a medium/large classic. She told me the Chanel warehouse received a certain number of each bag and the SAs are able to sell from the warehouse inventory for shipping directly to the customer.
My SA is located in the San Francisco boutique. But looking at my Fedex tracking looks like the bag is being shipped from NJ.
Posted this info in another thread, but my SA told me this is the items they currently can remote sell in terms of color and size. As you can see, very limited:
CF (small, medium, jumbo, maxi in black, medium in beige)
the Boy bag (small, old medium, new medium in black)
Gabrielle (small in black)
The were already remote selling 19 already (I didn't ask for size/color for this as I wasn't interested in 19). For CF/boy/Gabrielle, no mini

Are all department stores able to take orders? I have been on the reserve list guaranteed for a small pink classic... and I texted my boutique SA and he said they are unable to process anything right now ☹️ I’ve been waiting for this bag since February.

My SA has said that anything that's on guarantee reserve, they'll be able to receive it and get them to you once the boutiques are reopen. I have couple clothing items from the S/S20 collection that have been guaranteed, but they're unable to get them to me at the moment
Does anyone have a SA in NY they want to share? Hoping to grab a mini before the price hike and my SA is not responding. I've been waiting for a caviar one for years but with this price hike I'll settle for lambskin. Admittedly I'm not a regular purchaser so I'm not even sure if he's still working for Chanel but I know I should be in the system.
