Two SAs with boutiques near me both say the small black CF is not available in the US and only available in Europe. Wondering if this is true

I was able to purchase a small CF in black caviar Gold hardware no problem in the US about four months ago. So they definitely sell the small classic flaps in the US. I think not everyone stocks them though. Good Luck!!!
 
Does anyone have a SA in NY they want to share? Hoping to grab a mini before the price hike and my SA is not responding. I've been waiting for a caviar one for years but with this price hike I'll settle for lambskin. Admittedly I'm not a regular purchaser so I'm not even sure if he's still working for Chanel but I know I should be in the system.

I don’t believe the minis are made in caviar anymore. Only Lambskin. However, I have noticed that the Lambskin on the current minis seem to have a coating on them. The leather feels “stronger” to me than any historical lambskin bag that I have looked at.
 
Posted this info in another thread, but my SA told me this is the items they currently can remote sell in terms of color and size. As you can see, very limited:

CF (small, medium, jumbo, maxi in black, medium in beige)
the Boy bag (small, old medium, new medium in black)
Gabrielle (small in black)

The were already remote selling 19 already (I didn't ask for size/color for this as I wasn't interested in 19). For CF/boy/Gabrielle, no mini :sad:

Update: My order processed!!!

I can’t believe I was able to score a 20s Red Mini!!! The color is absolute perfection!

So I ordered from a Saks SA, but the order was fulfilled by a Chanel Boutique. I think that is what is causing the hold up.

Crossing my fingers for the rest of you! ❤️

I am texting and trying here and there to get my bag.. there’s hope!

My SA has said that anything that's on guarantee reserve, they'll be able to receive it and get them to you once the boutiques are reopen. I have couple clothing items from the S/S20 collection that have been guaranteed, but they're unable to get them to me at the moment :sad:

do you know if this guarantees me the current price, pre increase?? this is my biggest concern... my SA didn’t have an answer for me
 
My situation is more complicated than most of you..

I want my bag made in France with international shipping..

The stores who have it don’t ship and those who ship don’t have it lol
I’m wondering does anyone have an SA who can access and inspect bags before selling? Long shot but worth trying..

I just placed my order today for a WOC and got an email a couple hours later to finalize my order but unfortunately the shipping address was wrong so waiting on how to fix it but there’s a link in the email where you confirm billing address and enter payment info. After, was told my SA would receive the shipping confirmation with tracking number and send it to me.

Can I ask who you ordered through? Saks, NM rep or rep directly from non-leased boutique?

Some boutiques are still not open so the SAs can't access stock that is available from those boutiques because they are closed shut. So even if an SA might see stock as showing available, and the boutique is closed, they can't charge an item where the boutique is closed.
