Just picked up this vintage 1983 Trousse 28 for quite the steal! I love it! 
It’s really is flawless. Seller mentioned black scuffs and pen marks. All came off in five minutes with a wet wipe! I really looked for one with a lining in a good condition, as I know they crumble quick once they start.
How to I care for the lining of this item? I want to make sure it lasts. Should I apply any apple conditioner? Or just treat it with a wet cloth from time to time?

Aww, thanks. The patina is more honey colored than in the picture, but for 25 years old it still looks great.

The lining looks fabulous. I would just wipe out with a damp cloth from time to time if it gets dirty.
