I think I have one of those. The pockets are under the flap, not on the back. I don't like it that well because my things don't fit well in it. It is too tall and skinny.Looking at some old catalog pics... has anyone come across this Organizer Pouch #9645? I'm not sure that I've ever seen one.

I forgot how many pockets it has. If you like to put things in pockets, it would probably be a good bag for you. I keep things in pouches for the most part, so I don't really use the pockets. It is very box-ish and rather skinny, so I find my stuff just gets piled on top of each other. It has two pockets under the flap. Inside, it has a long pocket that runs the length of the bag with a smaller one on top of it where the Creed is located. On the other side of the inside, it has a double pocket.

Oh neat! I must have seen the inside photo with the flap flipped over and assumed it was the back. I like the pockets, but it does seem a bit "tall". Thanks for sharing your photos

Sure! It's a 1996, made in the United States. The leather is a bit more textured than some other Lightweights I've seen, but not quite what I would call "pebbled" compared to a Sonoma. Here's a closeup:

I have no idea how old this bag is, but my dad had it since I was a kid. He used it for all his toiletries and it has seen a lot of spills/etc. A couple years ago my mom took it out of storage and it was in rough condition. Had some leftover shaving cream spots, lots of water marks, etc. She was going to throw it away, but I thought maybe throw it in the washer and see what happens. It survived the washer and I have been using it as a makeup bag ever since. I absolutely love it and the fact it used to be my dads makes it even more special. Anyways, just thought I'd share it here. I hope this is the right place. Really wish I had taken a before picture prior to putting it in the washer!
