I am getting rid of everything that I collected but not using. I have some satchels I love but they don't have a shoulder strap and I don't want to hand carry any bags. So those are going. Can't have dust collector closet sitters taking up precious real estate. :) Though I am undecided on the red ones.

Your red ones are lovely, it would be hard to part with those!

It's one of those styles I wouldn't even bother to bid on, my highest wouldn't even come close haha. I know they are super hard to come by, but honestly the bag seems kind "meh" to me. Is rarity really the only hype behind it? It looks so big and awkward and HEAVY! Just me?
I could. I'll pick one up when I go to the Goodwill by Belicious.

Just sharing my two cents... Repairing or replacing interior zippers is a common activity. As for the #9490 Suspender Bag, all the versions I've seen, pre-creed and creed vintages have been unlined. As for not seeing the stitch line on the suede side of the zipper, you have to look real closely. Evidence of it is probably impossible to find on the zipper's bias tape.

I've "borrowed" (thank you rachelsthriftycloset) a photo from a past listing that perhaps shows where to look. I can't seem to find the photos of the one I had in the shop early this year. They must not have been archived and hopefully still reside on on of my other devices. Will have to look ...

Btw: if you don't have a local source you trust to do a quality job, I believe that the price sheet for having interior zippers repaired at COACH's NJ repair facility showed in the $35 category.

That's good to know. And it's $20 shipping to get repairs at Coach, right? Might actually be worth it.. but for the moment I'm just going to leave it as it is.

Wowza, did you guys see what this Swag went for?! [emoji33] https://www.ebay.com/itm/292168400017

ETA- I bet the seller is pleasantly surprised! Lol

I was watching this. I thought the pictures looked terrible. Awful lighting and showing barely any detail about the condition. I thought there is a massive water stain on the front of it but I can't be sure from the pics. I also don't bother bidding on something like this because it's too popular and will go too high. Now, if I found it at Goodwill for $8 I would buy it though LOL...

I am practicing distracting her, by peering over her shoulder and saying, OMG, look at those beautiful double clutch purses!! Then I grab the Musette, Pony, fill the blank, and run run run!

LOL and a swag.. I've always wanted a black kisslock purse. One day I will find one!

But seriously I am finally almost finishing bathing my rehab pile from the big Goodwill binges of late. But I'm only about half done with cleaning all the hardware. It's been hard to find the time!

Just wanted to chime in that for the turnlock replacement I had done on my large ergo tote, the $35 included shipping both ways. Completely worth it in my opinion! My Coach store shipped it to the repair center for me but it was shipped back to my house and they threw in a nice dust bag!

Actually, the new system is quite different from the former deficient mail-it-to-Jacksonville-and-wait-and-see one. Of you can go to a COACH retail store that has an "Craftmanship Bar," then they'll take care of everything and return shipping to your home is gratis. Note, simple repairs may be done on-site. If you don't have ready access to one of these stores, then you can follow the procedure provided on COACH's website: www.COACH.com/repair-services.html and look at the info under the "COACH REPAIR POLICY" tab.

ETA: and yes, they will ship it back with a new (rather low quality) dust cover.
