Rarity has something to do with it but I don't think it is the main reason. There are plenty of rare bags that are rare because when they didn't sell well, Coach stopped making them. People just really like the style.

Whoa, why don't you tell me what you really think!:p Seriously, you should Google Anson Mount. I think he's gorgeous, it's those eyes, and that mouth, and that body....oops, spilt something! Andrew McCarthy always seemed kind of wimpy to me. I guess I like the bad boys. :woot:

Do you think some bags have seasonal spikes? I bought a mint Coach Burlap bag with Ladybug Appliques for $60.00 in February but the prices seemed to rise in the summer.

I never cared for the bad boys, really. Although James Dean was kind of a bad boy in his day. He was physically attractive, but in reality probably a big jerk.

Anson Mount ... he'd be better looking if he'd cut his hair and shave his beard. But that's just me. The only guy I've ever been attracted to who had long hair was John Taylor from Duran Duran during his Power Station days. That mullet. Oh my, he did wear it better than anybody. Ermahgerd. :drool: He was a bad boy back then, too, but I was too naive to know it. His cocaine and alcohol use was through the roof. But luckily he made it through, went to rehab in 1995 and has been clean since. He's the sweetest guy, too. I've met him several times and talked to him a lot.

We used to live fairly close to the James Dean Memorial and the Jack Ranch Cafe. It attracts a lot of Japanese tourists.

Hi Ladies! I know this has to have been discussed before, and I've done several searches on a couple of different threads without any luck. What's the story on the pre-serial bags? Not the really early ones with metal tags, but those like this one:

If there is no serial number, it came before the glued in ones. After the glued in one, came the ones with the stamped serial number. The "no serial number" ones were only around for a year or so.
