Lol...You have my address ...jk!!Thank you for the research. If I resell, it's being listed as TAUPE! The bag has such negative juju around it now, not sure if I want to resell it.
Some sellers do attach a tag. I don't know if it is much of a deterrent. I hardly ever sell on ebay anymore because people can return for anything and the seller is stuck paying the postage both ways. There is a habit in the states to order clothes and accessories for a one or two time use and then return the item. I wonder if this is happening on ebay? ETA.... I also wonder if there is a way to attach a tag with a tagger gun or some other way to prevent the item from being used without the seller knowing. (tag cut off)
It is discouraging. I started to sell a few bags years ago but gave up when a buyer sent back a perfect bag with damage and said I sent it damaged. Some sellers do attach a tag. Even that doesn't help with ebay. They always side with the buyer.Getting to the stage you need to film the boxing up and sending in one unedited take to prove how it left.
They’re in such great shape. Your bags are gorgeous!I'm sure I've shared these bags here before, but I had both bags out today to take some pictures. Thought I'd share some vintage Bonnie Cashin to my favorite vintage Coachies.

The pictures are a bit deceiving. Both of them definitely have quite a bit of wear and some damage, but they are overall in pretty good shape. I want to say the Mexican-stripe lining dates them to the late 1960s or early 1970s, but I'm not sure if that is correct. There was a different version of the lining before this version. They’re in such great shape. Your bags are gorgeous!
What year, would you say, these are from?
An Instagram follower (who I think might be in here too) dates the brown bag to about 1970. It's a Banjo Bag. I kept thinking Accordion bag, but I knew that wasn't right. Wrong instrument. They’re in such great shape. Your bags are gorgeous!

Thank you!!! At one time, I was lucky to find quite a few vintage Coach at a thrift store. Mostly for under 10$ US. This cutie was more expensive.....12,99$ US. WOW! Was I ever lucky!!!
I have this bag in yellow (more mustard). Very cute but can’t say it is very functionalSWEET FANCY MOSES!

I am new to catch rehabbing. I decided to start buying and rehabbing to give to my family members, especially those entering the graduating college and share a bit of myself.I, too, have had a rehab pile that looks like this. Then, as I realized I was drowning in these bags, I made a big change in how I buy. I can find bags in my area at church sales, white elephants, garage sales--but I don't buy like I used to. Here's what I ask myself: What will I do with this if I can't get a buyer for it? Will I carry it? For so many bags, the answer to the last question is "no". If that's the case, I don't buy. I see a lot of MFF bags, fabric bags, small bags and I just keep on walking. The last small bag I got that I wouldn't wear had 3 views over 4 months listed for sale on ebay. I finally took it in to Coach and got a credit for the exact amount that I hoped to net if it sold. And I didn't have to pack it, ship it or worry about a buyer wanting a return for no real reason at all. I still have that credit, and I'm sure I'll use it eventually, but it taught me that I don't want to buy or rehab bags that I don't want hanging around for months or more. Also, it's so much more fun rehabbing something for myself. Call me cynical, but it's taken years for me to reach this point and I'm not going back.
