And at the end of the day, unless you are the original owner, who know what they were exposed to or stored. I was squinting at two coach vintage backpacks yesterday thinking to myself well that one is definitely not black. But it looks different colours throughout. I’ll attach a photo. It looks brown/grey. Think it’s been sun burnt or something but it’s changed colours.View attachment 5324373
I did get a black Plaza from around 1990 that was in great condition, but universally faded. I ended up using recolorant on it to restore it.
