It is so big in relation to a small bag that it looks ridiculous but they had the pink Willis charm on the pink Willis 18 at the store and it was ridiculously cute. If the charm had come in green, I would have bought both the Willis and the charm so I could use them together.

I have a few other huge charms I've never used. Woodstock is even bigger than the Willis charm.
Yes, I saw the taffy 18 with the charm. I, too, wish it had come in other colors. Pink is about the only color bags I do not collect so these pink charms are all the pink I’ve got Or will ever have.

I'm thinking this blue Ergo 9020 I purchased today may turn out to be sapphire! What do you think? :hbeat:

Sapphire was a color name used a few years before ergos were introduced. There was a color called blue for ergos, which this could be. In the catalog pictures, it seems to lean towards purple. Did you get it authenticated?

Thank you, whatev! In photos it appears quite similar to sapphire. I'm a blue girl so I'm sure I'll love it.

I am so grateful for the invaluable authentication service you volunteers provide and won't purchase a bag without it. It was authenticated this morning. :flowers:

OK this is a Coach item Name question. I’ve purchased several vintage Coach items, even a few fakes which I destroyed, and have a better idea of what I want to find/need. It has been expensive to buy and try however. I cannot afford to continue searching this way. I need one and done. My ideal handbag is as defined-
must have 55” strap to fit my body
must be minimum 12” tall to fit my favorite stainless water bottle
must be top zip no flap (arthritis)
must be 3.5” deep (water bottle)
must have exterior slip pocket (for phone).
Since I don’t have the extensive knowledge you all have, can anyone recommend a vintage Coach that will meet these requirement? Thank you for your help

This sounds like my ideal bag, too! Looking forward to the responses.

I had a couple of suggestions, but the 55" strap has thrown me.

The Legacy Slim Duffle 9060 might meet your requirements. It has a long strap but I don't know if it is 55 inches long. Here's an example (NMA and not-authenticated)

I’m thinking I’ll research and see if a Lulas Legacy strap would work with this.

That’s ok go ahead and suggest I may need to find a work around for the strap anyway.

In that case I second katev's suggestion of the 9060. It comes the closest to what you are looking for. I restored one for a friend recently and loved it. I have personally not seen any stap longer than 48 inches on any Coach bag. Is Lula's strap 55 inches? That would be good to know.

I was going to suggest this Bleeker 9314, but it is handheld and that might be difficult/painful for you to carry. It has an open top with a strap and magnetic snap, and the water bottle could sit on one side and be accessible. It is only 10.5" tall. There's a front pocket and the Bleeker leather is exquisite. I finished restoring this one for one of my sisters recently.

The 9995 has a zippered top, can be handheld or carried by a strap which has a 21.5" strap drop, but it isn't tall enough to accommodate your water bottle at 9".
(not authenticated)

The Bleeker 9306 is my all time favourite bag and it is zippered, but again not tall enough for your water bottle at 10.5", has no outside pocket and is a shoulder bag.

There's also the 9090. It is sufficiently tall and closes with a strap and magnetic snap leaving your water bottle accessible. It has 2 buckled shoulder straps and no outside pocket for your phone. Another sister is getting this one.

I think katev picked the winner with the 9060!
