I'm about to start rehabbing my Ergo Pocket Zip and examined her a little more closely to see what would fit inside and how. I carry my kindle most places and I'm always happy to have a dedicated kindle slot in my bags.
The Kindle-to-interior-pocket ratio in the Ergo is ridiculously perfect, fits like a glove.

Last night I happened across an auction for a Cooper Zip just a few minutes before it ended and I decided to bid. I won it for $28. It was a risky purchase though, because there was no creed pic and the seller had low feedback, none received in the last 12 months. The seller says they were the original owner. I didn't have time to ask questions or to thoroughly consider that I'm buying yet another bag (purely on impulse) but I've been so curious about this bag, I'm glad I'm going to get to check it out! Hopefully the seller is legit and the bag is genuine.

You pulled a me! Buy now authenticate later lol. I had to google what a cooper zip was, and now Ive added it to my “coach bags to watch for” list haha. Can’t wait to see it, and hope its authentic :)

I have a Nook with the e-ink technology and I LOVE IT. No eye strain, even with the backlight on. It isn't an illuminated screen like a phone or tablet, it's like reading an actual book or newspaper. Probably the best purchase I have ever made in my entire life. Barnes and Noble always has books on sale and you can even "borrow" books for free from libraries. I think kindles are very similar. You can get tablet or phone style but I would not recommend that. The battery doesn't last as long and you get the same experience as you would on a phone or tablet, so why purchase one then? I can also access my Nook library on my phone or tablet. They're awesome!

Keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well! I love the boxy style bags for traveling. They're awesome for carrying bulky items like sunglasses and a small tube of sunblock along with my regular essentials. The lunchbox is a great style too but I'm holding out for one in a nice color.

Cooper zip is my HG bag, that is a steal price, congratulations.

What @Morgan_Bellini said! No eye strain whatsoever. I have the kindle paperwhite (not sure which generation but an earlier one) and while the screen is lit, the light is not directed towards you face but runs parallel to the screen.

I have a Kobo with the same e-ink technology! Also owned a couple Nooks when they first came out and I've played with my SIL's Kindle before. Like Morgan said, it's like reading an actual book, no eye strain like looking at a computer screen. The eReaders with lights are more like using a book light when reading a paper book. One of the things I love about eReaders is that you can adjust the size and font of the text! A lot of the newer eReaders are also water resistant; I do a lot of reading when I take a relaxing bath since I got my water resistant eReader. I also love that I can carry my whole library in my bag - I was one of those people that filled up my backpack with books when I went on vacation, in case I wasn't into a certain book or if I finished one.

I have a somewhat boxy bag on the way- the metropolis crossbody (9087)! I don’t know if Im going to keep it or not but it has a wider base so it seems like a bag you can just toss everything into, plus theres a front pocket for easy phone storage that I like. Ive been keeping an eye on the lunchbox as well but they’re always too expensive so I‘ll just enjoy it vicariously through the people who have it on the coach threads hehe

I love the look of the metropolis. I hope you love it! If you do happen upon a lunch box in your price range, go for it. They're neat little bags and they're easy to sell for a reasonable price if you end up not liking it. I scored mine on Mercari for $25 but it didn't have a strap. It's mahogany though, so I just use the strap from my mahogany Manor.

The Metropolis is a great toss around bag! I've got a mahogany one that I like to use during fall festival season. Mine was missing the removable key chain tab thing, but I stumbled upon one in the right color on eBay.

That's such a great price for a lunch box! I'd love to find one in that price range. My BT lunch box was definitely on the higher end, but still under $100, so I'm happy. It's in great condition and I would love one in another color, even though I'm trying to stay away from having multiples. I love bags with top handles!

Oh, me too! I don't like having to gather up long purse straps as I get out of my car. With the top handle, I just grab it and go.

To everyone who is currently doing time on Ban Island, I have a story about appreciating what you have.
My collection has grown a lot since I joined the forum and I have been considering to downsize a bit. I haven't worn my Court in ages, so she was a strong contender for getting the boot. She was my second ever Coach bag and while I've always liked her very much, I never had this intense excitement and love for her that I felt for some of my other bags. She's a bit on the stiff side even though she's Costa Rican, has a couple of permanent scratches and a few areas where the black didn't fully bounce back after rehab.
However, these imperfections and my liking but not really loving her were the reasons she became my workhorse/ beater. Downpour? Court. Movies and eating greasy food in the dark? Court. Dancing in sketchy underground venues? Court. She has been sat on the gritty ramparts in Jerusalem, went to both sides of the Dead Sea with me and was checked out by curious crustaceans on Italian cliffs. The last time I used her I discovered she still had Jordanian desert sand in the back pocket. After that I felt a bit guilty and re-rehabbed her earlier this year, but only had a bad new batch of Lexol to condition her and it left a white cast that was a pain to buff away and I haven't carried her since.
Today I had a rare moment of not being able to decide which bag to carry. I was annoyed with myself and on a whim applied my old rule of 'when in doubt, wear the Court'. She immediately felt so familiar on my shoulder and I remembered all of our shared adventures and what a functional little bag she has proven herself to be in so many situations.

I got home, sponged her down with water, massaged her with some CPR and whispered a promise to her that I'll never ever part with her and that I'm sorry I ever even considered it.
I feel like I have finally fallen in love with that best friend that has always been right before my eyes, and it's even better than getting a new bag because it didn't involve a financial transaction. Here she is! The end!
