It’s great to hear how others go about organizing and prioritizing their collections. It really helps me organize the madness in my head lol. I love all your pieces they are perfect. Now I don’t love pendants I just think they are easy but I don’t want to have 5 of them. I’m not even a necklace person tbh. I was leaning towards the wg pave as I don’t have anything to wear with my wg bangles or Alhambra bracelets. The Turquoise earrings don’t count because I never reach for them.

So here is my bangle thought process. I currently wear two yg loves daily and would like to have RG daily set to switch to. As I already have RG sweet figured add RG signature and that completes another set. My wg Clover and D’or feel dressy to me and not everyday pieces. Adding the wg signature to pair with the RG sweet when I already have the other two wg Perlee still leaves my RG sweet without a matching bangle

I don’t think there is a correct answer, but I will just throw out another perspective. I think it is reasonable to have a nice basic like a pave pendant as an option, even if you are not a pendant person. It is like having a loaf of bread in the house even if you are not a sandwich person. Sometimes you just need something quick and simple with no extra planning or effort required. Sometimes you need an easy, versatile piece to finish off a look, or something multi-functional and small for travel (and all-weather safe), sometimes the look is more the sum of its parts rather than needing to be deeply in love with each piece.

I’m not sure if the pave pendant is your solution for that mostly-functional but still beautiful jewelry piece, but it was for me. I originally had two; now I only have one, and that was the right balance for me.

Jumping in to suggest…

If I remember correctly, you already wear diamond studs (and have a second piercing?). If that is the case, would you consider not wearing a necklace at all?

If you know you are not a necklace person, I don’t think you should spend $$$$ to buy a pave pendant. I think your ear candy and arm candy would make a statement enough that you could leave the neck bare (except on the days you wear the pieces you already own).

I’m in the same predicament as I’m wanting to add a pave VCA pendant (WG Frivole or WG VA), but trying to determine if I am a pendant person… ha.
I’m definitely all about my studs and additional piercings. That’s why I hesitate to invest in other earrings because i absolutely love diamond studs. I’m not a necklace person however I do own few pendants and 10 motif that I rarely wear. These match my RG pieces. I just feel like I need the option of wg piece to wear with my WG bracelets

You are reading my mind. I see it as a piece that would require no thought and is a good piece to have. That way I could throw it on and go with no effort.

@missie1 I forgot you have the WG perlee clover and POG. Definitely then you don’t need the WG signature bracelet. Instead, the RG signature bracelet would be the perfect piece to complement your RG sweet perlee bracelet. I have developed such a huge appreciation for the perlee signature bracelet!

As for the WG pave pendant, I can see it being one of the easy to wear pieces. I realized myself through trial and error that I don’t need to have half a dozen pendants and necklaces. I feel earrings, a blingy ring and a statement watch are all the pieces I need on most days to complete the look. But, it’s nice to have the option of pairing it with a necklace when I am feeling a little extra! So, I understand why you would want to add the WG pave pendant. Pave over another stone pendant for sure!

Have you thought about getting a diamond pendant? It would serve the same purpose as a pave motif but you might actually love more given you love studs. I am not a necklace person though I do wear my Vca 10s and 20. I just got diamond studs and I LOVE them. Thinking of adding a diamond pendant too for when I am lazy. The single motif to me is just too common where I live and I have no interest in wearing. I get the attraction since easy to wear but just not me.
For earrings, the pave motifs might work well for you. I have the hammered wg ones and I was so surprised how much I wear. They are a good substitute for studs if you want to change things up. You don’t need a necklace with them. I would get the earrings over the pendant any day.

Hey guys! Is this code something that was done? I mean the dot?
Yes, that type of serial was done in the past, but that listing is a fake. The style is too modern for that piece and for that type of code. The code was found online and re-created obviously. The actual piece sold at auction and looks appropriate for the era.

Congratulations on your studs. So I like idea of diamond pendant but that sends me down another rabbit hole lol. I am intrigued by the wg hammered pieces overall so they might be option when SO reopens. I now have wishlist of items to now try on to figure out to to purchase after the Signature.

@linchan hello, I noticed that your thread was closed, but the photo you were asking about is neither counterfeit nor a real piece, it appears to be 3 different bracelets hooked together, then doubled; you can see the clasps where the stones change. It is a guilloche/pave five motif attached to mother of five motif, attached to a chalcedony five motif. I hope that helps.

Oh girl you are in so much trouble with the hammered WG pieces! It’s total love for me and I have a feeling you will absolutely love them too @missie1
