I think you have to SO the RG version. YG and WG are stock items.
Her bracelet links look funny. Never seen the round links (see zoom in below), but I am sure it’s legit. I am no expert authenticator.
Regardless of her photo and the WG MOP, that is a standard item. I have two WG MOP bracelets and wear them together to create more presence. I like it a lot.
That is interest - I’ve never seen that before in a bracelet. I’ve had my Alhambra bracelets fitted but they never add the round links. Maybe she asked for it to be done like that so she can wear it different ways - loose or tight? The way they do it for necklaces if you want to be able to wear them different lengths?
Gut feel says it is fake as that is not a jump ring.

Maybe she added a separate extension that's not from vca?

Also the motifs look quite thick...I'm staring at my 5 motifs and the side is only like half the thickness as hers, and beads on mine look bigger, whereas hers are smaller and not defined.
Why do people do that? She posted that they were VCA. She has plenty of other (presumably real) luxury items. Why the need to go the fake route??
Maybe the other items are fake too, just really good copies.
That said, if you like the 5 motif with same stones, but each with a different metal, you can still do that.
All you need to do is SO the RG MOP version as the WG MOP and YG MOP is a standard stock piece.
You could purchase two of the same metal and one in a different metal. Put that bracelet in the center.
It's a similar look.
Just note that the MOP VCA uses with WG has a silver overtone while the MOP VCA uses with their YG has a pinkish overtone.
You just need to decide which you want to be the dominate motif overtone am buy two of those bracelets. If you are expecting the MOP colors to match with YG and WG bracelets, they won't, so be aware of that.
Or, you can buy three of the exact same bracelets. I actually prefer that look so I bought two WG MOPs. I thought about a third, but it's too busy for me. Two to me is just right.
