Based in Asia. Collected 1 of my 2 pending orders; ordered in mid-May and the item arrived on 25-Jul. I only paid a partial deposit to place the order (slightly >30%). For some reason, i only collected it earlier today (22-Aug, but still within 1 month window). I still got charged with the old price pre-increase when making a balance payment.
Collected both of previous orders (within a month after arrival) - happy to report that i paid pre-increase prices!

Do you know if Singapore boutique has ready stock for those Sweet Alhambra earrings or bracelet? Thinking of walking-in a boutique to get when I visit Singapore.
Yes. The inventory at SG is good. I have seen sweet Alhambra earrings. Bracelet, you may have limited choices but I believe they have stock for some of the stones.

If you’re visiting during F1 period, tourists may flock to Marina Bay Sands bouquets. When I was choosing a bracelet last year during this period, my SA told me there maybe limited stocks/choices. When I was there, I was only shown 5m bracelet in chalcedony, MOP/YG, MOP/WG, and Grey MOP/Pave

Do call the in boutique advance! The boutiques are close to each other anyway :) so I wouldn’t worry.

Im new to VCA here, my wishlist is growing very quickly though, so many gorgeous pieces. How often is the price increase? And when does it normally happen ie May? Thanks

Hi Welcome to the Forum! I am still considered a newbie given I only started collecting from Aug-22 (just marked my 2 years into the Brand).

As far as I know, there’s no fixed timing with respect to the global price adjustments. Where I am based, I have experienced in Oct-2022, Jun-23 (for certain categories), Mar-24 (certain categories) and latest were May-24 and Jun-24 (also for certain categories). In 2023 as what the other members posted, we could see that price adjustment for currency harmonisation happened in certain countries on different months.

We can’t always beat the price increase - that’s the hard truth if you have a lot of things on your wishlist. Best we can do is to strategise our purchases and plan ahead though some people (including me unavoidably sometimes due to conflicting priorities etc) still only proceed with purchases when they know price increase is imminent 😅

Thank you @BabyBenV. Agree on the price increase, exactly like you said, i just cant seem to make up my mind which items to get next so thinking Ill use the price increase to plan ahead.

Be mindful that there are items that are orderable whilst others are not orderable by SAs through the system. There are times where VCA may freeze the system and SAs are unable to make future order (with deposit to lock pre-increase prices) especially when price adjustment news have been announced, and as a result SAs can only sell items they have in stock at current prices. If there're things you plan to purchase anyway - better make the decision/order early.

My main problem has never been my conviction on which pieces to get next; but more so of other conflicting priorities with other stuffs I would like to acquire which are as unpredictable as VCA stocks

Is it sporadic? I am wondering if they will increase prices in Japan as the yen is weaker right now but I guess there is no way to know for sure.
Price increases are more common in the last ~3-4 years. Previously they were quite far apart; years apart, and even some price decreases - one decrease for most items, and some select price decreases for a few lines at a time just within the last 7-8 years), so for the past 3-4 years I do not see a pattern as of yet. It seems around Christmas time/New Year and/or around Summer there have been increases more often than not in the last couple of years, but the increases have become acutely so much more frequent that it is really hard to tell if it is by chance or design.
