Friend brought up that her SA said there would be another price increase. Has anyone else heard of this from their local boutique?

When did you order your 16 motif? Where are you located? I paid in full Nov 2023. Just got text yesterday it’s here, but they want me to pay the increase difference. It’s not a lot but I could have sworn they said paying in full protects you from price increase.
Hi, I'm in the US. I ordered a magic pendant on May 16th and paid in full and I received it Mid-June and my SA didn't ask for the difference. He actually cleaned my existing pendant, put it in a pouch and gave me a new box and travel pouch for my new necklace. I would have expected paying in full in 2023 you would be exempt from the increase. Mysteries of company policies.
Also paid 30.05.24 and didn’t have to pay the increase when received 7/2024. I saw on the iPad the SA can press on a button that says “without increase of price” or bypass it. So it seems both possibilities are existing and don’t know who decides if it is or not applied to a client
I'm based in Asia. I rem 1 to 2yr ago my SA already told me pre ordering (paying in full) cannot lock in pre increase price. That sucks..
I'm based in SG. Placed an order for clover bangle in the first week of May and paid 30% deposit. I enquired about impact of price increase and my SA assured me that the deposit will lock in the then prevailing price. I did not have to pay for the increase when I collected the bangle in early July.
I think they can’t lock in on Alhambra pieces because of the demand.
I paid 30% on a piece from a different line that was not orderable. It just had to come in as very few pieces are made and allocated. My SA got approval to lock me the old price. I saved quite a lot!

Based in Asia. Collected 1 of my 2 pending orders; ordered in mid-May and the item arrived on 25-Jul. I only paid a partial deposit to place the order (slightly >30%). For some reason, i only collected it earlier today (22-Aug, but still within 1 month window). I still got charged with the old price pre-increase when making a balance payment.
Do you know if Singapore boutique has ready stock for those Sweet Alhambra earrings or bracelet? Thinking of walking-in a boutique to get when I visit Singapore.
