I'm so sorry that happened! I know the feeling because a similar thing happened to my black Louboutin ankle booties. What I did was send them to the Leather Spa in NY (I am in CA). It was all done online. I filled out their form and explained what happened. I had to pay to ship my shoes to them insured as well as pay for return shipping on top of the service... it wasn't cheap, but I wanted to make sure the repair was done well. They did manage to repair the heel - it's not perfect, and if you look closely, you can see the indentation, but it's much better and wearable again. However, mine were black, which is easier to repair and conceal in my opinion.... not sure how it'll work on a light beige color. It's worth a try, though! Good luck!View attachment 3222776 I just noticed this! Don't know how it happened![]()

I did the same terrible thing to my shoes and have them fixed. Not as good as new, but better anyways and i added some protection on the heels.
View attachment 3259229Finally got it fixed!
Did you send it back to a Valentino store near you or a cobbler? Also was wondering how much did it cost to fix that?
I sent it to a leather restorer. It costs me USD4 to fix it.

Hi ladies! I just got my first pair of designer shoes and they're the noir cage flats. I simultaneously cannot wait to wear them and am terrified I'll mess them up!! What should I do first? I've read here about adding tips and soles but I'm not entirely sure what either of those mean. Also, do you have any recommendations on how to stretch them out a little to make them a tad wider at the ball of the foot? I'm so excited!! Thank you!
Congrats on your 1st pair! I purchased a shoe stretcher and it has helped me out tremendously. It is faster than wearing thick socks, but it does cost more though. I only purchased one shoe stretcher, so it took me a little longer to stretch out both pairs of my rockstud heels, but you can purchase 2 shoe stretchers if you are in a hurry.Hi ladies!
