I have a lot going on in my personal life right now and this was a necessary positive.Well, this sounds promising...FINALLY! You have had such a huge mess with this whole order; I feel so bad for you! It's just amazing that a company with such alleged high standards ends up treating people this way when they're paying good money for their products. It's too bad it took this long to halfway reach some sort of resolution.

Just got off the phone with the VP, he said Vatche has your ring in hand, he is going to to remake the ring over the weekend, and we will have it in hand on Wednesday......of course, that puts the pressure on me to get your ring done here...lol...
He also asked for your name, as Vatche wanted to write you a personal letter about your experience.
