I guess the question is how hard are you on your bags and how much do expect to be using it. Lambskin is really not that delicate, it stands up to some wear. I don’t exactly baby my bags but I do have quite a varied collection so I rotate them quite a bit and all my bags are still in excellent shape.I wish the Fleming line was not made of lambskin. I really want to order one...but I feel like it will wear out quickly.

That is what happened to mine. I paid over $600 on mine and I was so excitied about it. After two weeks, the corners were turning white and showing signs of wear. And I tend to be very very careful with my bags. Never again I will buy a fleming. That was my personal experience
