Resell as in buying through the store so that they can count towards your purchase history and then reselling the items so that you're not stuck with them?

Only if the wish was created by them.

There's no need to explain yourself. Just take it in for a spa and they will determine whether it can be worked on or not. Unless you're all being friendly and having a conversation then by all means make that connection!
Thank you!

@Mr. Ex say someone wanted to build a spending profile in pursuit of a bag but didn’t necessarily want to own lots of Hermes products, which products/categories are the easiest to resell while counting towards profile?
I’m not mr. Ex, but it seems clear from my own perusal of reseller sites (I look primarily fir discontinued items, such as crinoline and Vache natural ) that the products that are easiest to resell are bags and leathe goods, and those categories are less likely to generate quick coveted bag offers to new customers than RTW, fine jewelry, equestrian, and furniture. The latter items lose most value on the secondary market, so it seems if one only wants bags, it’s cheaper and easier to go to resellers. (Seems like h knows and structures it this way lol) IMO, it’s only worth building a profile if you love the other boutique categories. In other words, only buy what you love. Others may of course disagree with me; this is solely my own opinion as as a consumer lol.

Hi! Was wondering if someone might be able to speak about exotic bags, specifically in the lizard?
How hard are they to get, what is the price range for b/Ks, anything else that you may be able to share! I'm obsessed :) And thank you for your time and your help.

If you see something online and have your SA order it, do they get the same credit as a regular in store sale? My SA previously offered to order items for me if I saw a color I liked online, but when I mentioned some fine jewelry items I’d seen online, he didn’t offer. Not sure if he thought I wasn’t that interested, or if he just wasn’t keen on having it ordered.
If not in stock, my SA always offers to order. I ask her to get my anything I see online too. She seems to want to do it (she always offers).

@Mr. Ex when I made my first wish list with my SA I was very specific about the bag I wanted. I asked for a Kelly 25 in a neutral colour ghw- obviously I know this is sought after but didn’t see the point in asking for a bag I didn’t really want. Since that request I’ve realised the 28 would be the better bag. But when I initially asked for the 25 my SA said that they get very few of them in a year. Would you say this is accurate or was it a coded but very polite way of saying it’s highly unlikely that it would be offered to me at the level of client I am currently at? I don’t mind either way I’m very philosophical about taking home a quota bag- but I’m curious all the same

not an expert or Mr. Ex, but I was in a similar boat as you - I started my journey and a B25 was my first bag on my wishlist and SA was honest with me that it will be long wait and will try her best. but after doing research and really think B25 is too small for my frame and my everyday use, so I just request my SA to update my wishlist to be B30 after I made a purchase with her.

I always feel awkward to just text about "let's talk about my wishlist", so I usually make it part of the conversation when I am shopping with her.

the bag came a few months after ;)

This is super helpful! The etiquette around a first bag request can be a little difficult for us newbies!

I forgot to get the SAs business card while I was in the store shopping, but would like to stay in touch with him. I called the DC store and their phones go to voicemail and they haven’t called me back. Anyone have any other ideas for how to find the email address of an SA? I would go back to the store but I’m heading out of town for a few months tomorrow and I would like to make him my point of contact when I’m back in town every few months.
