I just wanted to add that if you’re on the website (not the app) you can absolutely see items that are in other people’s carts. It’s a checkbox at the top by the filter section. I’ve used it many times to favorite items and then buy them when they popped up available. I haven’t found that option on the app, however.

I also sent in a bag on 12/8 and it was supposed to be processed on 12/18... I emailed and got radio silence. This will likely be my last Luxe experience. My first bag went fine but the anxiety of not trusting them isn’t worth it!

I tried the website, but I don’t see a general “filter” section.
For example, I searched for chanel here, but it only has categories to filter by size, brand, color and price, and to sort on the right side.

I’ll have to check once I have my laptop out but I’ve definitely been doing it. I was just trying to get to their desktop site via my phone (and can’t find the link to do so anymore??) but I was playing around on their mobile site and you can now also see held items that way. If you click on filters, it’s an option at the bottom.

Haha WHAT?!? ‍♀️ that’s crazy! I wonder why it’s showing up on mine and not yours?? I’m helping my mom clean her house for Christmas tomorrow but I’ll check my laptop when I get home. That’s so weird you can’t see the same search option!

I have 4 bags and all have been reserved since the hour they were listed, some going on 3 weeks now!
I sold some shoes; have you all been doing the Visa card or PayPal to cash out? If I use PayPal, can I transfer the money to my bank account, or only spend it on something through PayPal?

You can transfer money in PayPal to your bank account.

Same thing happened to one of my bags for a good 2 months before it sold.

The box I sent them was to be processed on 12/14 but didn't actually process until yesterday, 12/27, so if that is any indication yours should be processing soon. Looks like about a two week delay which is way too long.
 
My bag has been processed, this time they offered ridic prices, like $180 - 250 for a pair of CL heels or boots in great condition, and I am able to adjust prices only for 4 items, all the others just don't have this "adjust price" button near. They used to offer good prices, so disappointed. If they don't fix adjusting price function and list everything as is, I will ask to cancel and send everything back to me
