Okay, ladies, now it’s my turn to freak out. I got notification this morning that my Luxe box was finally processed (8 days after the promised date). I sent in 4 bags (2 LV, Balenciaga, Chloe) and a pair of Prada sunglasses. I also threw in some non Luxe clothing items to fill the box and keep things from rattling around. Well my notification only shows the non Luxe clothing items. No mention of my designer bags. WTF I’ve sent them several emails already but haven’t heard a peep back. Sitting here trying not to freak out too much!

Hopefully they are just slower with the Luxe items. I wish that they would not give a processing date that is so far off from what they are actually able to complete.

My first Luxe box was supposed to be processed yesterday. Based on what other’s are experiencing, I am in for a wait. I sent in a small Prada bag, and a MJ wallet. I just wanted to test the Luxe program out.

I am hoping that if it works out well, I could send in a LV bag. Now I’m wondering ...
 
So, my first Luxe box processed on 12/27 and the items still have not shown up for sale on the site. They say the photos are "processing" still. I guess I am a little spoiled as I sent a bag to Yoogi's just before Christmas. They got it up on the site within about a day or two, sold it, and I had the money in my account before New Years.

They might be authenticating the designer items so perhaps that takes longer. Still, it is not unreasonable for you to expect them to respond to your emails and answer your question! I'm sure it will all turn out OK though. I haven't used the Luxe program until recently but all my other stuff was processed and accounted for accurately. I wonder if they video the bags and boxes being opened for security reasons for just this kind of situation?
 
I think nothing much happened over the holidays. I am a bit concerned because I sent a Chanel rectangular mini flap which shows delivery by FedEx on 12/14. They still show the box as en route to them, despite the link to tracking showing it arrived over 2 weeks ago. Of course no one is responding to my emails. The odd part is that they have already processed 2 boxes that I sent after the Chanel mini: a box of 4 Luxe items that are up on the site as well as a Hermes handbag that is on the site.
 
After repeated emails, they finally got back to me. The Luxe concierge asked me to describe which bags I sent in (already not a good sign) and said they would check on it and get back to me. Ugh!!! I hope it’s not a situation like the previous tpfer who had her Chanel bag misplaced or lost through Fedex. This is too much anxiety for me. Last Luxe box for sure!!!

I think what happened is what seems to happen a lot at this company. They got in over their heads and didn’t prepare adequately for the success of their promotion. Thus, the delayed processing times and lost items.

No one has been able to tell me anything new about my missing items. I did get an email saying I have two things being sent back to me but no idea what they are and where is the rest of it.

Unfortunately I trusted them because my first experience was so positive. I didn’t take any pictures of the items I sent. Any suggestions regarding what my next steps should be? Anyone?

do you have any older pictures of your items? I'd wait till the returned items arrive and then send them pictures and preliminary prices of what's lost, they should compensate

I don’t have any old pictures that I know of. I only have a copy of the inventory list I sent in with my box and my usps receipt showing I sent in a 11 lb box. [emoji24]

it's better than nothing:smile: wait to see what they are returning and e-mail them. you can mark your e-mail "for Ashley", I don't know if it helps, but she was the most helpful and friendly among other representatives and it seems like she's supervisor, not just support, but I am not sure.
 
I enjoy 100% commission from thredup luxe! I sent in 1 bag and everything sold within 2 months. I sent in my second bag and 6/9 items sold already (I price my items very low). However, I am very annoyed how someone is reserving my Ferragamo boots consistently for 2 months; any discount code applied to my item would affect my payout... I am worried that it won't sell at all within the time limit. Very annoying, indeed.
 
I have sent in 2 boxes to ThredUp LUXE. The first one is almost fully processed. They didn't lose anything but there's one item that is still waiting to be photographed and listed. My second box is in transit. I wanted to get everything postmarked by 12/31 to get the 100% commission.

I told the person on the pricing team that consignors are annoyed about the bag reservation system and she said they are working on that but who knows how long until they come up with a fix.
