I had a small Prada bag that was not accepted
they didn't accept my Prada bag too, it was an older style, but in great condition, and I was hoping to sell it for cheap. looks like they don't like this brand lol

YEEY CONGRATULATIONS!!! This boy became a legend of this thread lol
I was keeping my fingers crossed all this time!!
I did message them about it too (actually even twice), I don't know what was the glitch - showing wrong number of days or expiring early, but gosh I was so tired to see those items constantly reserved that I decided to reclaim it anyways and move to ebay and others![]()
I think they are just severely understaffed.they have serious issues with time of reply. that's driving me crazy. Sometimes they answer within a couple of days and sometimes I had to wait for 7 days and more. And 2 weeks ago I sent Ashley a nice message about how great they packed my items last time I got return, and they didn't even bother to come back to me. I know there were no questions in those letter, but still feel bad about being ignored after all my warm words of gratitude. I always answer to my buyers when they express how happy they are with their experience with me
If you go to your selling history it should be sorted by bag, and then there should be a date on the bag when it was processed. Add 2 days lag time to get on the site plus 84 days and I think that should give you the expiration date, presuming that the reserve time is in fact still counting against us as others have noted. I have 2 last dresses expiring in 2 weeks on 24/7 reserve and I really want the new feature to kick in ASAP. :/Just wanted to loop back on this! I just logged into my app and my two remaining consignment items show 18/23 days before they’re returned to me... however when I log in on the website, the same items show 23/28 days. So there’s a glitch somewhere and I’m not sure which is correct. I realize this doesn’t solve the “reserved” time not counting against you, but the time remaining in itself is messed up!
yes, same here, responses are taking forever now, frustrating, and strange to me as they had a big round of vc funding i blv not that long ago... why wouldnt that include additional staff?I think they are just severely understaffed.Another area that needs improvement.
Vestiaire does have a concierge service but they take an even larger cut than when you list regularly through them. You kind of get what you pay for.yes, same here, responses are taking forever now, frustrating, and strange to me as they had a big round of vc funding i blv not that long ago... why wouldnt that include additional staff?
does anyone know of another site that does the work for you, but still pays high commissions? and absorbs returns? i'd like to find another viable option for my best pieces in case luxe doesnt fix the cart.
i think Vestiaire was considering a concierge service... anyway any input appreciated!

I feel like the price you have for the birkin is really good, but I'm not an Hermes expert and know people are picky about type of leather for their bag, etc...is it a popular type of leather? You could put the bag in for quotes to a few consignment sites to see what they would sell it for to get an idea.I sent a message to ask about the “commit to buy” feature. This is what I heard back.
“The commit to buy feature isn't going to be rolled out to everyone at once, it's already available for a super small group at the moment but will expand soon. Unfortunately I'm not able to provide a specific date.”
I am getting frustrated that my items are not available for sale (in carts) since I keep reducing prices and they are starting to expire on the site. I just asked to reduce the price of my Birkin again, what do you ladies think is a very attractive price to offer? I think prices literally have to be so good that people will put in the effort to stalk the site for a week or two in order to get the item (like I had to do with the scarf I purchased).

Here's another chevre birkin from 2002 listed on The Real Real at $9k (and not coupon eligible). They give you 80% payouts on birkins. If they can get yours sold for $9k and you get 80% you are better off than the 100% payout on the $6700 you currently have it listed for on TU. I suggest asking them for a listing quote.
