I told them that Luxe items require at the minimum front, side views and photos of any wear mentioned in the listing. They said it made sense and they are trying to work on it but it sounds like it will be a transition process. I also reiterated that all accessories need to be mentioned in the listing, dust bag, auth card, box etc and they said they are in the process of making that change, new listings will show these details.
I talked with them a lot about their service compared to other platforms and pluses and minuses and they seemed to think that was very helpful. They were shocked to hear how fast things sell on certain platforms if it is a desirable item and priced well. They were also very interested in what factors would make me more likely to send them my high end items (as we have discussed here).
Good points, I mentioned the additional photos and accessories as well.
Where have you had things sell quickly?
I decided to reclaim my shoes since they won't honor 100% payout. It is quite annoying. You are lucky!
Did your Birkin and Boy Bag finally sell on TU or did you give up and reclaim them? I don't see them on the site anymore!Poshmark and Vestiaire. I know my market though and price low
I lowered the price of both and the Boy just sold! The Birkin is still there. Now under $7k but of course always reserved. It should hopefully sell once they make the purchasing changes in a couple of weeks.
I also sent items in before that date and only received 80% payout. When I inquired about the promotion they told me it ended already. I assume I was only available to the very first Luxe users.
Yay! Can't wait for the purchasing changes to kick in. I have 3 consignment items left and they are all still constantly reserved. I'll be thrilled if everything I sent them ends up selling.

I also can update that I finally was able to purchase the Gucci scarf, more out of principle than anything else. I checked the box "notify me when this becomes available" and every time I got an email I would immediately go to the site but it would already be back in a cart. This was like a part time job for an entire week. Finally it was available and I purchased it. I just wanted to see how hard it is to purchase something if you put in max effort, and sadly I have to report that it is very very difficult! For a $75 item who cares? However, for a more expensive item any second guessing or difficulty will cost the sale. Thank goodness changes are coming!
