So are you just taking the remaining stuff back? That has to be a technical glitch because otherwise why are they showing different days left and then expiring it all at the same time? my earliest bag expired, all the items together, though a day before some of them had like 20 days left, some 11, some 3. when I asked why, they said just "it seems your items expired", no explanation. I didn't push the subject, as most of the items were reserved 24/7 anyways and didn't have a chance to sell.
meanwhile overall the sales are pretty good in February for me, something's selling almost everyday except for the items that are invaded by some miracle users![]()
I sold several more of my things, though everything priced under $200. I still have one pre-owned bag at $350, it has a lot of favorites but it remains to be seen if that will sell. I also will wait to send anything else in until they address the cart issue.
I got a package with expired items, and this time they made amazing job!! all wrapped in their branded tissue, packed very carefully, with paper inside the shoes etc. they even sent me the bag with authenticity tag on it, so sweet
they learned the lesson, I'm so pleased

Just got off a 30 min call with Claire and Rebecca from LUXE. I asked about this issue and they said they actually aren't sure and have to check if the reserved time is supposed to count towards the consignment period or not. So I think the policy is not decided. But yeah it sounds like you may as well move on; maybe send back when reserve time is fixed. They did say they are still working on this and something is going to be done!I did message them about it too (actually even twice), I don't know what was the glitch - showing wrong number of days or expiring early, but gosh I was so tired to see those items constantly reserved that I decided to reclaim it anyways and move to ebay and others![]()

I think Claire and Rebecca also mentioned something about weeding out users who constantly reserve and never buy but I didn't fully catch the details. You should ask them when you talk to them. In addition to the commit to buy people should be banned from consecutively reserving items.I’ve been trying to buy a pretty gucci scarf for over a week now. It is constantly reserved. They do have a new feature on the desktop where you can check a box to be notified when a reserved item becomes available, but everytime I get the email this is reserved again immediately. It’s not even expensive so I don’t understand why the person just doesn’t buy it already! Or just realize your never going to have $75 measly dollars and just let me buy it![]()
