Oh hun, I am so sorry how incredibley rude. I would call back as say "Listen everytime you transfer me the call disconnects and Im tired of wasting my time on hold, I need you to get a manager for me now . If one is not available, what time should I call back to speak with someone direct. (If it is only a few minutes then say the following) I will wait on the phone with you until you have confirmed with your supervisor that there is a unsatisfied customer on the line and you are transfering me to him/her. "
 
Ladies, thank you for listening. I find comfort in hearing that you ladies feel the same way I do.

It's hours later and it's still on my mind. The last time something got to me like this is when my local store treated me like sh*t after my interview. I brushed it off and have been shopping with just the outlet and phone orders with the nice boutique that a fellow tpf member provided.
I called my BF immediately after it happened and he must have been able to tell how upset I was because he asked for the number I dialed for corporate and called. He got the voice mail too but he left a message and said he would be personally calling them again tomorrow.

This sh*t is like eating me up inside. I'm carrying my Mandy this week and when I went RAOK shopping earlier I looked at her and felt disgusted. The thought that ran through my head was, "Wow, I'm supporting these people that have treated me wrong."

I'm seriously considering taking the day off tomorrow so I can call corporate because I know I won't be able to do it from work and I'll end up spending the whole day upset.
 
The whole story made me mad but now hearing that you cant even look at your beautiful bag without being upset just makes me want to call and $%^&& them out. :biguns: And maybe give them one of these :bagslap: big hugs :tender:

And they DO keep track of returns, it seems!
 
I'm so sorry this happened to you. They should both be fired. I say write a letter and call corporate. Noone should be treated this way and you can return whatever you want to. He (and she) had no right to speak to you that way!!!
 
I think I have given up on Coach too....esp for the quality of the stuff. It's not consistent. For that price, I can definitely find something better. Don't feel bad about it! =D
Gonna return the satchel since I've looked at 4 of them and all 4 had some imperfections! No more big bags for me from Coach!

This issue was bothering me so much, I went upstairs to take a look at all my bags and accessories that are still nwt/with receipt over 95% are the 5% that is used are my ebay purchases and the few bags like the mandy and sig blk carly that i've been carrying almost daily instead of switching out with my outlet.

Kat, Remember in another thread you asked me where in the world I keep all my bags? The pic of the bottom shelf is macys boxes with 2-3 purses in each. And you see my bed? This is why I don't sleep in my room. On the bed you can see the new slim wallet and frog keyfob I got today that I didn't even get to enjoy because of what happened. I just threw them on the bed.

i asked for extra boxes and got them OVERNIGHTED once for free. it can be done.

I'm about this close to walking away from Coach boutiques and you've pretty much made up my mind. I'm sick of the damaged bags, the *****y and stupid sa's that know nothing about their products. Your post has pretty much made up my mind. Ebay for me, which I know pissed the heck out of Coach, which I LOVE! Ebay ebay ebay

I work in sales, I work in very high dollar sales, I sell millions of dollars a year worth of stuff, I sell to a wide range of people ranging from architects who make half a million a year to welders who are lucky to get $30K a year. I treat them all as if they are my favorite and best customer around. And guess what, they're good back to me.

It's not hard to be good at a sales job, know your sh!t, be nice even when it's very hard to (I've gone out to my car after dealing with crap and screamed at the top of my lungs, but I'm never rude to the customer, even when they are totally wrong)

I don't care what these people are selling, they are SELLING!!!! It's their JOB to be nice to you and provide knowledge about the product they are selling. It seems like Coach doesn't know how to do either


GAH! Okay, I just wrote a crazy long post, but as a sales person, this makes me furious!

95% of your stuff is NWT? are you addicted to shopping pyari? ;) I think you should take every single thing back to the store and tell them to shove it.

I still want to know why Coach refuses to gift box your orders! It's supposed to be complimentary!:confused1:
 
I agree. I think EVERYTHING with tags should go back. That will make a very loud statement!

There is no excuse for anyone in CS to be rude to you. Even if they have good reasons not to send you boxes, they can be courteous when speaking to you. BTW-I really don't understand what the box problem was anyway. I get my purchases shipped in boxes ALL the time and the tags are still attached.

I'm sorry to hear how you was treated. As another poster said earlier regardless as to whether its a Coach, LV or Wal-Mart SA, a customer should be treated with respect and courtesy.

Now this is my opinion, but instead of returning everything, take those pictures that you posted and send those along with your letter of complaint to both Coach corporate as well as the store manager (and let her know that have sent a copy of this letter to corporate). A picture is worth a thousand words - nothing compares to actually SEEING the thousands of dollars that you spend with them. ANd let them know that this is the last time they will see this from you unless they do (insert your thoughts and opinions here).

I hope this situation works out ......
