My bag had this along with some other canvas issues. I was told the corner holes are normal wear and tear. My other canvas issue was deemed a defect and I was given credit for the bag. After the corner wear, I refuse to buy bags with folded corners like this

I’m quite new to this forum and for the last few months i have been mainly reading rather then posting anything so please forgive me if i’m writing in the wrong group/forum. I’m totally in Love with Iena PM Mono but i cannot find one anywhere. I’m in uk, do you have any suggestion of preloved websites etc? Thanks in advance.

Wow, you mean all the UK stores don't have this? There were three in Bangkok when I got mine.She is so pretty! I cannot find one in uk

I'm looking for the monogram one but it has been discontinued unfortunately. I did try on the preloved market but the all seem to be either well over the retail price or in a terrible condition with scratched corners. One day....

I was told the same last Saturday in the store in Berlin here in Germany. 
I saw your post about cancelling the Iena so I just called to see what they would say to me and she said "We received a memo stating the Iena PM is being discontinued but will continuing producing the MM". Based on the past of lots of different client service answers.....who knows. I have a MM & PM so I am set.
Hey guys i have just found a preloved monogram iena mm for less than a half retail price. The only issue is the corners are slightly worn. Do you think it’s still worth purchasing? I realize that louis vuitton won’t fix this but after reading so many of you complaining on the wear and tear in this area i presume it could happen sooner or later even if i bought one new... please advise!
