I ordered mine from Samorga and love it.....very lightweight and really keeps order in the bag so many things have a spot. I especially loved the water bottle holder but I used it for my mini pochette.

I hope it appears "okay". I was holding it open with my other hand to get the best view but in real life it is not "wavy" as it appears in the photo. The wave is caused by me trying to hold the bag open for the best view. I carried the bag without an organizer for a bit then decided i needed some order to my bag so I could locate things faster. Not a must for this bag but I do prefer it with the organizer.
It did give it a bit more structure and made it a little stiff. Have to admit I didn't love that part about it.... If you have SLG's or other pouches to keep items in an orderly manner then an organizer is certainly not necessary. I just do prefer one for order in my bag. I recently bought the Neo Noe in mono/pink so I am carrying that right now but to answer your question yes, I was carrying my iena daily. I suggest you carry it before you invest in an organizer and see how you like it. I did order one from amazon and did not care for it since it was fairly thick. The ones from Samorga are just much thinner and lighter.
How do you like the NeoNoe compared to the Iena. I know totally different bags.
I also got my iena today and noticed a gap on the front zipper pocket. I looked at others and it doesn’t seem like theirs is as bad.

They really are very different bags. I bought Neo Noe because I fell head over heels for monogram/rose poudre look. I liked the bag but lovedddd the look. It really is a very light bag to carry however it is a pain to get items in an out because of the strings. I also am not a huge fan of it being open so I cinch it a lot. I carry a Sarah wallet and really do not want to go to a smaller wallet just for this bag. I can't just drop the wallet in without having to place it so it goes in the way I want. VERY silly problem....I know. I personally love the way the Iena is one big open space. I adore my Iena and will carry it for many years. I bought the Samorga organizers but have the open space in the middle with little pockets on the border. I place my Mini pochette in the water bottle opening and keep other small items in the other little pockets
I checked my bag and I do have the same gap but not as pronounced as yours. No, it would not bother me however this is a very large purchase and If it bothers you at all then I would suggest returning and getting another one. Be happy!!!

I don’t have a NF but I measured my Iena PM for you. There is about 9 1/4 - 9 1/2 inch drop (space between top of bag and top of handles as pictured).
