I have had the Iena MM in Monogram for less than 3 years. I had put it away and took it out this week. I noticed that the canvas is looking “white”. I tried cleaning it and here is an area near the handle that looks like it’s peeling. Has anyone else had this? I’m so upset. I’m careful with my bags and his shouldn’t happen on a bag less than 3 years old.

I don’t have a NF but I measured my Iena PM for you. There is about 9 1/4 - 9 1/2 inch drop (space between top of bag and top of handles as pictured).

I picked one up on Fashionphile for about 30% off retail. It’s in immaculate condition and no smells, which is an issue I have had with a lot of their bags (moth ball, cig smoke smells) in the past.

I love my Iena PM, it is a great addition to my collection as it’s a lot smaller than my Neverfull MM bags!

I took my Iena in. They took pictures and sent them in. I got a call that it was a quality issue and to bring the bag in to exchange for something else.

I took my Iena. They took pictures and submitted them. I got a call to bring it in for a replacement.

So here is my dilemma. I have an Iena MM on reserve with Fashionphile in the Damier Azur. I've even ordered an organizer for it. But when I look as things like the worn straps (rubbed against the zipper?) I wonder if it's not such a good idea. I hate taking the penalty for canceling but I'm just a bit worried. How common is the strap wear on the Iena? Is this a bag one assumes is not going to last very long?

Mine, too!! Also, all four of my corners are completely worn. Mine is only two years old. Do you think LV do anything about this?

That is terrible! Please take it to LV ; they will probably replace the bag.

That’s awful about the corners. I guess it’s because they’re so pointy.

I wonder if this is the reason why the Iena is no longer available in monogram. Does anyone know?

I also wonder what they will replace the monogram Iena with. The Iena had replaced the Totally. Does anyone know?

I bought preloved Iena and just saw these rips. Does anyone have similar problems with rips at the corners like this?
