How are everyone's Ienas holding up? I just bought the most beautiful Iena MM in DE and can not wait to receive it. I had been looking for a bag to replace my DE Neverfull for a long time and really feel like this Iena will fit the bill! I know a lot of people had been wary of the corner wear, but hoping some of you held on and used your Iena despite this

The Iena MM in DE was one of my favorites! I wore mine everyday for about 2-2.5 yrs. The bag held up well, the handles got destroyed to the point that I couldn’t use it anymore because they stretched out. I will say I’m not hard on my bags at all. Even though I got a lot of wear from the bag the handles really did t hold up well and I truly believe that was a defect. I have several LV bags and the handles have never looked as bad as the ones on the Iena. The handles lost their sheen so when I’d put the bag on my shoulder to carry it would pull out my hair! I did take the bag to LV to enquire about the cost to replace the handles and they quoted me $1200!! Also the corners on the bottom began to wear but not enough that anyone would see with the naked eye. All this aside, I wish it wasn’t discontinued. It’s a favorite for sure. I did purchase another one pre loved in great condition a year ago but it’s still in my closet. Thanks for reminding me I have it. End of the day it served me well for a good 2++ years. Enjoy it. I suspect it was discontinued because of the corner wear and the bad handles. I’d pick it over the Neverfull any day.

We are bag twins! I LOVE my Iena in DE, it’s the bag I always reach for. The Iena was my first Louis purchase ( I bought it on Poshmark for $1200 and it was in pristine condition ) about 4 months ago and since then Louis’s have become like potato chips to me, I couldn’t have just one so my collection is now at 5.
Yay! I used to have a lot of LV in my collection but gradually sold them over the years due to now using them... now majorly regretting it and adding them back in lol. How are you finding the corner wear on your Iena?
I’ve had no problems with the corners, out of all my LV’s I think this one is the sturdiest, the zippers run smooth, the handles don’t seem to be stretching and the leather is great.
Hi All, I just received the preloved Lena or Iena DE from Fashionphile I really Love it but cannot decide if I should keep it or just buy a new Neverfull. I will probably only use for travel so what would you do? I am going to Nashville tomorrow & will visit the LV store to see if there is anything I would like better.
You need both!
the Iena is nice because it has a zipper to keep it secure.(perfect for travel) The Neverfull is a great all around tote, so useful
I have the iena MM and only use it for travel now. It’s secure and can fit a lot. I wouldn’t sell my iena , much better than a neverful in my opinion.

Anyway, used it to walk around the mall yesterday and went to the doctor. It was heavy and not packed too awfully full. I guess I could have left out a few items.
Anyway, going on a cruise in September and thought I would use it as my carryon on the airplane and cruise. Trying not to load it too heavily but need the ipad.
When I was in the LV store, I saw a new release of the On the Go Organizer in Mono/Capachinno, can't stop thinking about it.
Would the On the Go MM be a good travel bag?
