Ugh! Really bummed. Not sure how long it will be for me to get my PM
Hopefully I can be added the a wait list (Canada)
Any suggestions? I’ve emailed mY SA
I think they have the best deliveries on Tuesdays, so this is the best day to go into the store. If you get it straight from the boutique it is more chance it won’t be defective. You can try stocking the website everyday, which from my experience I was able to get it in my cart every 2 weeks for the reverse PM. Monogram appears more often. Good luck!!!! It is not so difficult to get it as LV makes us think it is.

Hi lovely ladies, I am a proud owner of this gorgeous and practical bag since last week. Date code is: PL4179. I came to the store to buy a scarf but walked away with it, instead. crazzyyy!!!! I guess it's my lucky day! :P And I love, love the holiday packaging this year.

Question, is the black tag that inside the middle compartment no longer in the newer batch? Mine doesn't have that but I see it on some unboxing vids on YT.

Congratulations!

Do you mean the vachetta tag saying Louis Vuitton Paris or a tag Made in USA from imported materials? Monogram should have vachetta and brown tag, reverse has black ones.

Mine doesn't have the brown tag. The vachetta tag of mine says Louis Vuitton Paris made in Italy.

I also noticed on the LV website, the picture of the inside of PM doesn't have the brown tag, too.

The brown tag inside the bag is only there when your bag was made in USA. Yours was made in Italy.

So I’m pretty unhappy with my experience so far. Not only did my bag arrive with a defect (mismatched strap clasps), but with the holidays, UPS weirdness, the SA’s schedule (I’m sure she had a day or two off in the course of all this, and apparently no one else has been tasked to follow up with me), and the time difference between Las Vegas (where my bag was shipped from) and New England (where I live), the process to replace it will take two weeks, possibly more. In the meantime I’m not carrying the bag (my life just can’t accommodate a top handle bag at this moment, so I need the strap). I was hoping (and assumed, frankly) that I would be able to exchange the strap at a local LV boutique. Instead, the SA told me that I should send it back to Las Vegas, and they would ship me a new one. Even though I alerted the store of the problem the day after I received it, the time difference resulted in a long delay between my message and when the SA responded, and then the operations team had to assess the photo I sent and provide instructions. With Christmas intervening, it took a couple of days for me to receive a decision. The SA at last responded that a return label would be sent by UPS and a new strap sent to me. It took a few days for me to get the email from UPS because there was some sort of problem that was never explained to me. I finally printed the label and dropped the package with the defective strap off with UPS last night. In the meantime, I asked the SA for the tracking number for the new strap in order to ensure that someone will be home to sign for it, and she informed me that it won’t be sent until the old one is received at the store. (Because I would dishonestly not send the old one, because I want a defective strap for ... mysterious reasons? It seems nonsensical to me.) The SA is very nice, and I know it’s out of her control, so I can’t get upset with her. Today I received a notice from UPS that the package is delayed, no reason provided. (Insert every conceivable crying emoji here.) I was unsure about the bag initially (for like a day), but now that I have decided to keep it and am excited to carry it, after wanting it for over a year, the delay seems endless, and also unnecessary. I still don’t quite understand why I couldn’t exchange it locally? I’ve always had good experiences with LV’s customer service, so this is disappointing(and frustrating).

Okay, this was overly long, but I needed to vent.

Thanks everyone who replied to my last thread. has anyone experienced this ordering online?:
It would let me place in cart. Then disappeared. Then 4 mins later it was back in my cart then gone again
The website has been acting up - I think it’s because they’re updating all the new releases. The same thing was happening when I ordered the Trio Pouch earlier.
