Wonderful! That's what i did with my PSM, the first one was terribly misaligned so i ordered quickly another one when it popped again on the website. The second one was perfect and MiF. I hope you received the one you will be happy with!!!

Hi,
I see what you mean (after staring at the enlarged picture ) ...but I am sure other people (including me) would be totally fine with it and could really enjoy the bag to the fullest.
So yes I think you can return it and hopefully your order is a better one!
I hope your husbands understands- Let us know how you decide!
The slightly crooked logo wouldnt bother me but I have had other imperfections on bags that drove me nuts and I understand your disappointment and thats just not worth it!

This sounds like a great solution. I think the misalignment on your bag is very noticeable, and I wouldn’t want to carry it, either. I can’t imagine that the new one you ordered won’t be an improvement. Your husband sounds very thoughtful, so I hope you’ll eventually grow to enjoy the PM even though it’s not your first choice. My husband bought my Neverfull, and even though I don’t really like to carry cavernous totes anymore, I use it sometimes on weekends when he’s home, just to please him. He’s sensitive about gifts as well, so I can relate.

Hi all. New to this forum. I just got the Pochette Metis and it's beautiful. But I think it's defective. The clasp kept popping open, and I was scared that something would fall out especially my wallet. I haven't ready thru the million of pages here LOL. Did anyone else have this problem? My husband gave me the Croisette Damier for xmas and I returned it for this one. It was hard to choose for sure. But I am so disappointed as this bag is beautiful. Would the store exchange it or return it? I carried it less than 10 mins as every time I walked it popped open :(

I'm thinking the same thing. I can't even imagine how this stuff gets past quality control, to be honest. I'm not so picky that a slightly off alignment will bother me overly much...especially if it's not in a really noticeable location on the bag...but right dead center of the front flap? It's a shame, too, because the glazing on this bag is perfect, and I couldn't find any other flaws at all. I'm sure there are people who wouldn't be bothered by that, but I am too OCD to wear it without it bothering me.

Mine does that too. I have found that it matters what I have in my bag. If my keys and sunglasses are in the front pocket, it opens. If I put something more structured in the front pocket, it stays closed. Maybe try that and see if it helps?

Thank you. I went in and the clasp would pop open without using the lock. They exchanged it. Saks galleria Houston had 3 in stock so they walked me over. It’s final sale but they will fix if it happens again. It was to beautiful to let go. I pray it works wonderfully. She’s just gorgeous.

I'm in Canada and ordered mine on the 21st. I've been saving up for it for a while and have been stalking it since September just to see if there's a pattern. Morning's at 7:15 am and evening's at 8:15pm.

I asked an SA days before just to see if I could get one in the boutique but she said it's at least a month's wait. I knew I'd get it faster by staking the website.
