Even though I’ve had my mono PM for a bit over a year now, I’m still happy to see all you ladies/gents getting this bag over Xmas as well. It’s just such a beautiful bag. I love mine! Mine is a MIF and it’s perfect. No glazing issues so far (knock on wood!) but I rotate my bags every week. Merry Christmas all!!

Haha, it’s only temporarily! I tend to wear hand cream this time of year because I have dry skin, and I don’t want the vachetta to become stained from my handling the bag until I make a final decision on whether to keep it. I had an extra Hermes twilly on my night stand and so decided to use it on a whim. Normally I don’t prefer to wrap the handles because it affects the development of patina. I’m inclined to keep the bag if the defective strap issue is handled expeditiously, so it will be coming off soon!
Thanks for your insight! I mentioned in a reply to someone else that the canvas on my new PM reminds me of the canvas on my Speedy 25 from 1996. I’ve replaced the vachetta on that Speedy, but the canvas is still in excellent condition and is basically indestructible. I’m waiting on the SA to send me a return label for the defective strap, but once that’s handled I’m inclined to keep the bag.
Really? I am so glad you told us this. I think it looks so pretty with the twilly, I would never have thought about it not laying right after it is removed.

Hi guys, I just got my pochette metis today and When im checking the bag I noticed about the zipper doesn’t reach the end. Is that considered normal?

Hi, mine has the same zipper- it looks okay to me and I saw that on other bags as well- my Totally zipper does not reach the end as well.
I just inspected my new Pochette again and found that the glazing on the one side is not as smooth as the other... what do you ladies think? Other than that the bag is really perfect! I load up pics with the slight imperfections... which are fine I guess- just something I noticed. Thoughts? Thank you!

This is far too beautiful! That colour is gorgeous and the empreinte leather is absolutely classy and divine. Now I’m tempted lol.
Next time that happens call up customer service. This happened to me when I ordered mine. It was in my cart and the sa had me remove it from my cart, freeing it up for her to process the order over the phone.
